Taking down outdoor type LT Panel with by disconnecting all connections very carefully of size apprx (2x2x1) mtr with necessary switchgear deposit to MES store, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable street light fitting/bldg security light fittings/High Mast Light fitting of any capacity ,Any height of pole /wall incl disconnecting the cable connections complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically and taking out unserviceable nature switch box, feeder pillar box any type and size and removing material from site including making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium wiring of size 1.5/2.5 sqmm from surface at any height of pole and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down XLPE cable and high mast cable from any height of pole and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Nature Switch street light controller three phase 5 KW of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based NATURAL SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights, required illuminance for switching on is ≤30 Lux and for switching off ≥10 Lux also having part night operation 4 to12 hour with contactors and outgoing and incoming MCBs connected with min 10sqmm FLRS multistranded circuit all these must be enclosed in a pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof and termite proof conforming to IP54 complete all as specified and directed.

Traking down/dismantling LT PCC/steel tubular poles ,studs,insulator including V clamp,cross arms , earth wire support etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ( 9.00 Meters long) complete all as specified and directed at site.Note : Excavation ,earth work & PCC work shall be measured paid separately , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing LT steel tubular poles of sizes 9 mtr including bracket and other accessories as per site requitrement after preparing/ scraping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat coat of aluminium paint complete all as per site requirement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L XLPE 4 core 16 sqmm insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches/fixed on wall all as directed. Note:- (i) Rate include the cost of lugs of proper size and cable gland (ii) Necessary Excavation ,PCC cover and sand cushioning shall be measurd & paid seprately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable including sand punning complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying burnt bricks old size sub class-B laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in pole coping/ ground floor and paving built in cement concrete (unreinforced) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed..

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine of dia 100 mm complete all as specified and directed .

S and F in repair polycarbonate junction loop in / loop out box of internal size 230x170x105 mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole/PCC Pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement service bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe of length 1.5 mtr long (approx) bend to shape 115 degree and fix to pole for fixing of street light fitting on pole/wall etc fixed with 2 Nos 32x 6 mm GI clamp, Nut,bolts,washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fixing and fabricating tray holding cross arms FI clamps support U clamps strips and back plates fabrication from structural steel section incl nut bolts washer bars etc of required size and thickness for supporting of cable tray by welding incl bending or welding cold or hot,drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size indicated or included of one coat primer coat under one finishing coat of black paint complete to support the cables all as specified.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm, single core Two runs PVC insulated and unsheathed FR cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable for common earth dolly drawn through heavy duty PVC conduit for street light pole including connection from kiosk box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No.30 here-in-before but 2X 2.5 Sqmm and 1X 2.5 Sqmm for Earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Heavy duty PVC Non metallic conduit of external dia 20 mm complete all as specified and directed

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to size of depth not less than 0.90x 0.60 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25x3 mm, 7.5 mtr long by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing of completion (drawn in earth lead protection pipe light gade GI of size 32/40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I connected to earthing lead with Main switch/main control board,filling with charcoal dust 200 Kg, and common salt 100 KG , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipe,funnel with wire mesh,earth lead protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc all as specified and directed by EIC Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm top of GI Plate.

S&F GI strip of size 25x4 mm connected both ends with necessary bolts, nuts & washrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 06 to 32 Amp 10 KA, 'C' curve 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB DP 63 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix single core copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FR 1100 Volt grade 1.5 Sqmm size,multistranded unsheathed complete all as specified and as directed.
