Supply and installation, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING of double wound copper transformer step down, outdoor type, voltage ratio 11000/433V complete with standard fittings, primary voltage of HT 11000 Volts and secondary LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with frequency 50 c/s. Provided with 5 No of off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within range of +7.5% to - 2.5% (in steps of 2.5%), star delta connections with vector group of Dyn 11, Impedance of 5% and oil has to be filled as per IS:335 and color coating with one coat of primer and two coats of BS grey colour and losses all as per IS:1180 (Level -III) of capacity of 160 KVA including necessary plinth for installation of transformer including all connections, nuts and bolts,The transformer shall be installed on a stone masonry ‘H’-type foundation of internal clear size 1.20 m (width) × 1.50 m (length) × 1.50 m (height), of which 0.30 m shall be below ground level and 1.20 m above ground level, constructed over a 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:3 bed using C-I type 20 mm graded aggregate, finished smooth and true to level. The masonry shall be carried out in cement mortar 1:4, properly bonded and point-raised.Suitable foundation/anchor bolts shall be

embedded in the RCC coping at correct locations to match the transformer base plate holes. The coping shall be designed to accommodate mounting of transformer on rollers or as per Manufacturer design, ensuring smooth placement, levelling, and proper alignment. Adequate provisions for earthing and cable entry shall be made in the foundation and the entire plinth shall be strong, vibration-resistant, and suitable for safe installation and operation of the transformer. all as specified and directed . Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of APFC with 7 tank process as per IS 16636:2017 of size 1.2 mtrs height X 1 mtr width X 0.45 Mtr depth with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet consisting of 1/2/5/10/15 KVAR capacitor unit in tier formation housed in an integrated cubical type automatic switching "ON" & "OFF" control panel with dust and vermin proof hinged and lockable door complete with interconnection, bonding to earth and painting (suitable for 400/440 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz supply system). Automatic switching with microprocessor based relay "ON" & "OFF" control panel for 80 KVAR capacitor in and including interconnection with LT panel with appropriate size of electric cable and separate base plate 3 mm thick shall be provided for mounting capacitors with fixing arrangements with APP technology capacitor bank of 80 KVAR, Feeder Pillar, (IP-65) suitable for outdoor installation. FactoryInspection :The inspection of the transformer at the manufacturer’s works shall be carried out by the officer nominated by the Accepting Officer (AO) prior to dispatch from the factory. The contractor shall notify the department in writing at least twenty (20) days in advance of the proposed inspection date to enable timely nomination and deputation of the inspecting officer. The contractor shall extend all cooperation, including access to the manufacturer’s facilities, documents, and test records, to facilitate a thorough inspection. Transformer Inspection, Testing and Commissioning

(ii). Commissioning: The commissioning of the transformer at site shall be carried out by SEI/EI nominated by the department. The contractor shall make all necessary arrangements for commissioning, including mobilization of skilled manpower, provision of testing instruments, and coordination with departmental representatives. The contractor shall also ensure compliance with all prescribed safety procedures, technical standards, and statutory requirements during the commissioning process. (iii). Testing and Associated Charges: All mandatory tests, both at factory stage and at site during commissioning, shall be conductedin accordance with the relevant standards and departmental requirements. The contractor shall provide all necessary testing instruments, calibration certificates, and accessories as required to complete the testing successfully. All costs associated with testing, inspection, commissioning, and provision of equipment shall be deemed to be included in the contractor’s quoted rates. No separate or additional payment shall be admissible on this account under any circumstances.
