REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CEILING AND SUNSHED CHAJJA AT ARC CHARBATIA

Demolition of reinforced cemet concrete of any description and in any position including cutting rusted bar, making good with 10 mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) of demolised rough/uneven surface and removal of demolised material from site out side ARC campus complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 and cutting chases of width 50mm width and 50mm depth for proper insertion of corrugated galvalume sheet and making good from top/bottom side complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) includingholes drilled/notches cut out to receive MS bolts embaedded to concrete/fixing with fastener in existing brick/concrete surface distance pieces, cleats etc.Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work C/onforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any descirption not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint incl one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with cranked huck bolt with washer self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of Eaves gutter/rain water pipe( AC/ PVC/CI, rain water pipe /SWG pipe line of any size or pattern), incl all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with fixed to walls,including cutting hole for fixing and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on walls of any description incl raking out of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stoneworks and precast articles complete all as specified and directed.
