(2.4.2) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks
(4.2.1) Earth work in excavation for roadway, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections, including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metre as per MoRT&H specification clause 301. In all type of soil

(23.1.2) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
(9.7) Providing and laying rolled cement concrete mix of M-10 base course with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm with minimum aggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200 kg/cum, aggregate gradation to be as per table 600-4 after blending, mixing in batching plant at optimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve the designed lexural strength, finishing and curing complete as per clause 603, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.
(13.1.2) Brick masonry work in cement mortar with mechanical mixer with First class bricks (min. 10.5 Mpa) in foundation (at any level) complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per clause 1000 & 1300 of MoRT&H specification including all scaffolding material, labour, machinery but excluding pointing and plastering.In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
(25.1.1) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

(30.3.2) Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 75mm thick
(7.6) Providing, laying, spreading (with paver finisher only) and compacting wet mix macadam (WMM) base course comprising of graded stone aggregate and granular material conforming to MORT&H specifications (Table 400-II) in layers of equal compacted thickness each consolidated, including pre-mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tippers to site, laying in uniform layers in base course on a well prepared sub-base/ base course and compacting with power vibratory-roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 406 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.
