M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable 4.0 Sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 4.0 Sqmm (Green), concealed in wall, drawn into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings / fixing accessories and terminated in MS Sunken box / modular metal flush box of thickness not less than 1.2 mm, cover with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator as required for 3 Pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The Switch / Socket accessories shall be measure and paid separately. (ii) The cost of MS sunken box & cover plate of size as required at site and cutting chases in stone / brick masonary and making good disturbed surfaces using CM 1:3 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F electric water heater (Geyser), storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Connection with geyser inlet and outlet with 15mm bore GI pipe including PVC pipe is included in the quoted rate.
