REPAIR MAINT TO HT EQUIPMENTS FOR SHORE SUPPLY AT VARIOUS CASSIONS AND JETTIES AT NAVAL DOCKYARD UNDER GE NW KUNJALI

M&L for rectification of fault of electrical /control circuit of 6.6/11 kv VCB by checking, fault finding, repair from CT/PT and programming of multifuntional meters and replacement of defective wiring with FRLS multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade of existing size of wire and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectification of fault of electrical /control circuit of 6.6/11 kv VCB by checking, fault finding, repair of indicating LED lamp circuit, annjuciation system replacement of defective wiring with FRLS multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade of existing size of wire and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectification of fault of AC/DC light circuit of 6.6/11 kv VCB by checking, fault finding, repair of door switch , B-22 polydcarbonate holder and replacement of defective wiring with FRLS multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade of existing size of wire and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for setting of 3 ph overcurrent+ earth fault relay by injection of current to CTs with suitable equipment for overcurrent & earth fault with high set and low set including checking of all other parameters of relays for proper tripping order after disconection of incomning or out going HT XLPE cable connection from VCB CTs and reconnection of cable ends at existing terminal s after completion of relay setting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Relay setting shall be made considering corresponding values of upstrem and down strem VCB relays and recorded maximum demand of VCB. Any further adjustment of values as many times required shall be carried out within the quoted rate. (b) Recovery shall be made double the quoted rate if VCB fails to trip in indicated fault and group tripping recorded)

M&L for maintenance/servicing of PT unit 11 KV/110V by disconnecting and taking out from panel mounted position, checking & cleaning of fixed and moving contact points, cleaning/decarbonising of busbar connections, resin cast PTs using hot blower, CTC solution , applying backtol (Red) solution to the epoxi PT body, tighterning of all nuts, bolts, washers, and refxing the same PT to original position, testing complete all as specifie and directed.

M&L for maintenance of 6.6/11 KV CT chamber by disconnecting nall 3 phase connections, exdtended busbars from VCB Bus and taking out from panel mounted position, testing for proper functioning, body leakage, checking & cleaning/decarbonising of all contact points of CT, epoxy body and Busbar, Complete CT chamber using hot blower, CTC solution , applying backtol (Red) solution to the epoxy PT body, tighterning of all nuts, bolts, washers, and refxing the same to original position, re-connection of all existing cables, extended busbars and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for maintenance, servicing, cleaning of Busbar/ Vacuum circuit breaker unit of 6.6/11 KV VCB panel of capacity 400 to 1600 Amps any make & type , taking out from panel, cleaning of all parts with CTC with clean cloth, removal of carbon deposited inside the moving contacts, greasing of all moving parts of the VCB, checking of complete operating mechanism for proper functioning, reporting for any defective parts, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Replacement of defective parts of the VCB shall be mesured and paid separately.

S & F in repairs PVC insulated and PVC sheathed electric control cables (Heavy Duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 8 core 1100 volt grade incluiding use of proper copper thimbles, lugs as in duct, trenches, cable tray or fixing on wall/pole etc. complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 8.00 above but 2.5 Sqmm 4 core cable

S & F in replairs HT VCB Copper bus bar air insulated of appropriate size and length with 11KV grade Polipro power line protector sleeves for designed to insulate bare busbar to prevent accidents due to electrocution/ ionisation. The protector should have excellent UV resistance, abrasion resistance, fire resistance properties, good dieelectric strength & maintenance free complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs 6.6/11 KV VCB Operating Mechanism, Trip Free, Inbuilt with mechanism and Standard: Motor Operated, Spring Charged Stored Energy capacity upto 1250 Amp , frequency 50 HZ as per existing size and make suitable for HT VCB panle complete all as directed at site by Engineer in chrage.

Attending break down of electrical complaints any type, and call on repair of VCB,HT/LT cable on four pole structure or any where, LT panel/ACB, MCCB by providing qualified and valid licence electrician and helper in Naval Dockyard, found any fault, flash or burn in VCB,LT Panel, MCCB,ACB, or any contacts ,cabels any type by disconnecting electrical connection and cleaning of contacts, decarbonizing using suitable cleaning materials and restore the power supply and competion of job and inform to JE or Engr-In-Charge befafter completion Note :- (i) The Contractor has to engage qualified and valid lincence electricians and helpers in sufficient Nos to attend and rectifiy the defects. (ii) The Contractor shall provided tool kit, Safety tools such as hand gloves, gum boot, earthing rod, LT/HT megger, crimping tools, nuts, bolts and washers, suitable laddeer for any height required for repair of works/ complaints for rectification of defects and quoted rate shall be inclusive of above. (iii) Contrator shall provide cleaning material such as CRC, dry cloth or cotton (iv) If complaint not attended and rectified within 30 minutes panalty @ double the quoted rate shall be recovered from the contractor. (v) Register shall be maintained with signature of Engineer-in-Charge, JE and contractor and shall be submitted alongwith RAR.

Supplying , laying, Jointing, testing and commissioning of HT cable, XLPE insulated, screened insulated,armoured and PVC bedded, 11000 volts grade (heavy duty), 6.6kV earthed suitable for earthed system with aluminium conductor of size 3 core 185 sq.mm conforming to IS-7098 Part II fixed to walls with suitable size GI clamps or laid in trenches, passing through pipes and connecting up including taking out unserviceable cable complete all as specified.
