Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof coverings complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas depth exc 1.5m and not exc 3m and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

M&L for Boring hole 300 mm dia for casing PVC pipe in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC pipe 150mm bore rating pressure not less than 6 Kg/sqcm for inserting in hole all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling hole exc 6 mm but not exc 12 mm dia in PVC pipe of 150 mm bore all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC cap suitable for 150mm bore PVC pipe all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loose filling with 4-12 mm small size pea gravel surrouding area near PVC pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & fair complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture (ISI marked).

M&L complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes of any length in masonary wall as in weep holes and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F for 50mm thick steel fibre reinforced (SFRC) man hole cover with iron frames (medium) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard, minimum load bearing capacity 5 ton/sqm, in square, rectangular or circular shape complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors / gates / steel frames etc. of angle, flat iron, round bars or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar works of Gde E-165(Fe 290) including welding etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ ISI marked (IS-2062) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but not exc 10cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified.

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L-type or J type or cranked hook bolts as in roof coverings complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No 42 here-in-before but except sheets. Note : Old serviceable sheets retrieved from serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

S&F 0.63mm thick plain galvanized mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with grade of Zinc coating 275 complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully, copper/aluminium unserviceable /perished point wiring any type for light/ fan/ socket or power complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, lamp holders, bracket holders, light fittings, regulators sockets etc, and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/ceiling etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including PVC casing & caping with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS, terminated in existing sunk steel terminal boxes concealed in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete, all as specified & directed.
