Material and labour for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the sizes of 2.5 sqmm 2 single core multistranded FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable , multistranded and including suitable size of PVC Concealed conduit not minimum than 20mm size and all accessories fixing on walls / roofs / ceiling etc. earth dolly, terminated in terminal box all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of MCB Single pole and neutral 240 volt 16-32 Amp, with rupturing capacity 10 KA 'C' series connected through cable lugs of suitable size complete all as directed and specified.

Supply & fixing of single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure SPN MCB distribution board enclosure, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of electric water heater, Storage type steel body vertical type with Glass lined /porcelain enamel coated steel inner tank and glass line double ceramic heating element upto 2 kw capacity of 25 ltrs, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as sefty valve, thermostate , NRV,connection piece etc. including anchor bolt fastners and making good surface as per existing wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts, FRLS grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn through heavy duty PVC concealed conduit not minimum than 20mm fixed to walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including concealed MS box with laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers as per relevant IS for mounting of plate mounting for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc for One fan/Ex-fan point controlled by one, 5 Amps switch all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts, FRLS grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn through medium grade PVC concealed conduit not minimum than 20mm fixed to walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including modular galvanised flush boxes of suitable size and white cover plate with frame as per relevant IS for mounting of plate mounting for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc for One fan/Ex-fan point controlled by one, 5 Amps switch all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of ceiling rose surface, backelite, two/three terminal, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.
