Provision for clearance of wild vegetation and preparation of earth surface.

Provision for water tanker facilities to onsite

Provision for dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plastering including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

Provision for 12mm cement plastering of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 04 coarse sand).

Provision for finishing wall with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade.

Provision for painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade.

Provision for engagement of extra manpower for carriage of materials and water to onsite.

Provision for steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer as required.
