Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Part of Cement, Four part of Fine Aggregate and Eight part of Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Filling in basement with Well Gravel well rammed watered & consolidated complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or TMT rods for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Special Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 (One part of cement & three parts of sand)mix for 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:30,56&57

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx20cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, etc.complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. - 10 m2 TNBP No:44-I

Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 150 mm x 150 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Sand) and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.TNBP No:special

Laying with first quality design ceramic tiles of all colours new ceramic tiles 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement & three parts of sand)20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and Fixing of U-PVC Shutter openable Door using GI Steel Reinforcement, Butt hinge,Aldrop lock and foam Sheet including cost and conveyance of all labour and all meterial charges etc Complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing M.S Grill to doors, special windows and ventilators etc using 20mmx6mm as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill including one primer coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(as per the schedule of rate)TNBP No:86 & 86-A

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers Complete as per standard specification.

Painting with two coats of Approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint, painting over new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point. SD 24 ISI make with standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unscheathed Cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. Supply and run of 2 of 4sqmm (56 / 0.3) insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Cconductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains. SD 65 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and run of 2 x 4sqmm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI Pipe ( Class ‘B’) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains. SD 70 ISI make with standard specification.

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump conforming to IS 8034/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuos rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation in AC single phase 230 V+/- 10 %,50 HZ +/-5 %

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/single Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 230 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).
