Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls or concrete surfaces of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling brick tiles, terracing tiles, single layer from roof laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removing from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and refixing in other opening after minor repairs including welding where required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each and removing from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each and refixing in other opening after minor repairs including welding where required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes, 100mm dia (any size & of pattern ) including all fittings head shoes, bend, swan-nacks etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site for bore of pipe 15mm dia all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site for bore of pipe 20mm dia all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality, or description) from metal frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads/ clips complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of internal dia 200mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks (old size bricks) having crushing strength not less than 75kg/Sqm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for Brickwork (half brick thick walls) with Fly Ash Bricks (old size bricks) having crushing strength not less than 75kg/Sqm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under respctive item.

Material and labour for rendering or plastering work with 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in fascia or edging/ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc, including taking out peeled off plaster/concrete surface and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) including water proofing compound to sunken portion with proper slope towards outside and finishing cement concerete or brick work surface even and smooth using extra cement including application of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under respctive item.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving and laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen of grade 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in padding of roof surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agregates ) as seismic, plinth similar bend , coping, kerbs, cills, step, parapets, appex stones, bed plates, kerbs, railing upto 60 cm in height, water through and the like rounded or chamfered on egdes including ncessary form work. (item also applied in broken RCC chajjas and roof projections) complete all as speicified.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes including benches under and haunching in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for 200mm dia pipe complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour concrete bed to drain pipes including benching under and haunching in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stop ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cutting into existing manholes of (150mm dia pipe) for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggerate) for smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of pressed steel frame made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 75X50 mm for Cupboard with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including filling of concrete (1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in back of chowkhats and including two coats of synthentic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of pressed steel frame made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 125X60mm for doors/windows with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including fi;ing of concrete(1:3:6) type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in back of chowkhats and including two coats of synthentic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood plain framed, panelled (factory made) shutters ( one panel only) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I ) (Larger size to be provided) including a coat of primer & two coats of synthentic enamal paint kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 40 mm thick flush shutter, soild core construction, with block board core and both face is covered with prelam decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick single piece factory made wire gauge PVC door shutter including wire cloth (stainless steel mesh supported with Aluminium XPM) Manufacture with PVC sheets printed 5mm thick on both sides on frame made out of MS tube 19 SWG, size 19x19mm complete in all respect with lock rail & beautified/lapping by PVC beading all arround fixed with PVC solvent cement complete as per drawing No CEPZ/TD-378 dated 27/12/2011 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 90 mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed laminated PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Factory Made Solid PVC flush door Shutter, 30mm thick with integral skin as frame & 5mm thick PVC Sheet high pressure compact laminated on both side of approved colour as infill sandwitch with 20mm thick PVC solid board with 'C type GI or 20x19mm of MS pipe as stiffner & fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for famed work such as grills, gratings, cooler /AC stand, Kitchen cupboard frame, manholes's cover, ladder and door etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks/desert coolers/AC stands and similar work for portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made slinding bolts etc. Conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including drilling & fixing into wall with sufficient wedge anchor fasteners after applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for steel work in tubular sections including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St-240 for frame of door/windows grills, AC/cooler stands and similar works "including drilling & fixing into wall with wedge anchor fasteners after applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in different shades) over one coat of red oxide primer after prepration of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to old steel window/garrge shutters/iron doors etc exceeding 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm including replacement of Unserviceable/damaged hinges, handles and necessary welding to shutter and chowkhat for making window and shutters in serviceable condition including two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Box type steel windows and ventilator comprised of tubular frame and shutter, made out of 1.25 mm thick MS steel tube factory made with double side shutters wire gauged shutter & glass glazed shutter (wire cloth and glass panes only shall be measured and paid seperately) with side hung shutters with steel handle and steel peg stay dovetailed or welded including 2 Nos tower bolts, 150 mm long for each leaf and 10 mm square bar grill at spacing as shown on drg welded to F.I frame work including other fittings, hings, handles,tarred hold fasts PCC blocks etc, all as shown on drawing No. CEPZ/C-TD/27/13 sheet 1/4 to 4/4 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for vitrified tiles, (double charged) light shade, 8-10mm thick (square or rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors and skirting etc, set and joined (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including demolition existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors & skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the finish over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling & removinig rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x300x8-10mm thick in floors and skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) bedding (but not backing), removing unserviceable tiles from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling & including 15mm thick bedding layer CM (1:4) & pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 X 600 X 7-8 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & finished rough, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, but not backing removing tiles from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for green marble 15-17mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform, (including hole where required) window cill, steps, stair case trade & riser etc cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade and including roughening of old concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 16mm to 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work in single piece, table rubbed and polished for wash basin counter top/vanity top, cooking platforms, window-cills and like including round edge molding & polishing, cutting, drilling, making holes and fixing on site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Round chamfering to the edges of marble slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ Stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair for 500 Litres capacity black rotational moulded polyethylene ISI marked water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete including 20mm bore brass valve high pressure having brass rod not less than 225mm & atleat 125mm dia, first grade Quality PVC float ball and flynut, after dismantlling of existing RCC/PVC tanks from roof slab/ staging of single/double/triple story bldg, lowering, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting 15/20 mm existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) in position without taking down complete all as specified and directed.
