Restoration of Central Heating System Installed For IPD Block (Block F and Diagnostic) of Associated Hospital of Government Medical College Baramulla.

Servicing of Hi-wall mount fan coil units of 2.0 TR capacities installed in the IPD block by way of cleaning of its filters/ coils, blower fan and oiling. The job includes repairing/ replacement of motors, electric power supply cord and flexible connections/ valves where ever required.

Servicing of radiators installed in IPD block by way of cleaning/ removing of dirt/dust from the panels/grills of the radiators and placing of the dislocated radiators to their proper position including replacement of all inlet and outlet connections with new flexible connections. The job also includes making of PPR connections/repairing and replacement of valves where ever required.

Servicing/cleaning of hot water generators of capacity 400000 Kcal/hr the job includes repairs/ replacement of missing/ damaged parts of the burner assembly of boilers by way of providing and fixing of fuel pumps, solenoid valves, photo voltaic cells , solenoid pipes, fuel filters, HSD pipes with valves and temperature controller/sensors

Servicing of water circulation pumps by way of dismantling, cleaning, greasing and reinstalling the pumps. The job includes the replacement of bearings where ever required.

Servicing of Air Handling Unit by way of cleaning the filters/blower, greasing of blower and motor of the AHU. The job includes the replacement of bearings where ever required.

Replacement of damaged nitrile insulation by way of providing and fixing of new nitrile insulation of thickness 19 mm with polythene shrink wrap to the main header pipes.
