Brick work with clay flyash brick F.P.S. (non modular), class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand )

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Cold twisted bars

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work.

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Proper operation of all mechanical and electrical installation and supervision of DETP pumping station and sewer line lubricat , grease, gland packing will be supplied by departmently for operation of entire system as per instruction of Engr.-in-charger. ( Minimum 6 men per day)
