Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & removal of debris off the premises etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Prepration of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directd by engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surfaces embedded in concrete complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface (soft /loose soil) complete all as directed.

Taking down steel gates from its position and repair the same including thorughtining alignment properly including welding additional stiffer, brases, pintol hinges locking arrangement etc and erecting the same back in position after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in area of gate n.exc 5.00 Sqm each leaf all as directed (Note : Necessary MS sections such as angle, pipe, bars, flats , lathe /bush Pintol hinges shall be finished with necessary greasing and the same shall be be measured and paid seperately by weight )

S/F mild steel best quality lathe machine made floor bushes and pintal hinges for steel gate welded to existing gate complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- Any additional Mild steel member welded shall be masured and paid separately
