Demolition of brick work in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quions,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks well burnt straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of external wall of brick work or stone surfaces in two layers (10 mm and 5 mm thick) in cement Mortar in 1:4 using water proofing compound in top layer (Water Proofing Compound measured separately) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stones of guage not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8(40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for R.C.C Design Mix Walls M-25 as in, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttressescomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Use and waste form work flats sides to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work ; not exc 200 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to for fair finished surfaces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending etc and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinfocemetn complete all as specified and directed.
