PART A - CIVIL WORKS
Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness (150/ 230 mm) with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/ crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Demolishing stone masonry/ Plain cement concrete/ RCC jalli RCC grill/ brick work etc. at all levels & locations, in super structure & sub structure etc. including scaffolding, stacking serviceable materials, disposal of unserviceable materials etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones in single piece with 20 mm overlap for door frame vertical support/ top & bottom etc. and including necessary cement mortar 1:4 for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc.as required including cutting of stone slabs, wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Brick work at all levels & location using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ ready mix mortar of approved make with minimum composition of cement Sand:: 1:4 suitable for external plastering over brick walls or concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick, final rendering, including acrylic based membrane curing of M/s. Anuvi Chemicals/ Fosroc/ Dr. Fixit at all floors and levels including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris with in colony at the designated loation using wheel barrow etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. at all level and locations complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Excel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty premium S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Aluminium Bow handles with back plate, 250 mm long S S aldrop with etra staple & a 6 level Godrej lock with tripliate keys including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with SS screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Repainting of new painted surfaces with two coats of premium quality acrylic emulsion paint of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer consisting of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper/ acrylic emulsion/ white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling upthe cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco putty work, apply two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing off debris within colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying & fixing on Exposed surfaces / Concealed, the following sizes uv-stabilized Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride ( CPVC) pipes & fittings of specified class having thermal stability for both hot & cold water supply consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying CPVC pipes and CPVC plain / brass threaded fittings, SDR - 11 having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply conforming to IS:15778 with ISI mark. ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed surfaces / underground, to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, using metal straps (on wall surfaces) at 1.00 mtr. interval or as directed by the EIC. iii) Jointing the pipes and specials using Solvent cement conforming to IS 15225 & Teflon tape ( For threaded joints) of approved makes including cutting the pipe to required size, preperation of surfaces, necessary tools etc. all complete. iv) Cutting and making hole and/or chases in RCC/ brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. v) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers catalogue for leak proof joint or as per relavant code, making connection with each flat inlet etc complete. NOTE:- 1) The rate shall also include for CPVC pipe & specials required for making connections with the existing GI / PP-R/cPVC pipe line work. 2) All threaded joints shall be made with brass threaded fittings Only. 3) All concleaded & exposed CPVC pipes provided for PH work will be measured under this item. Pipes & Fittings SDR-11, as per IS 15778

Supplying and fixing following size PVC-SWR pipes and Fittings for soil, waste, vent and rain water pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying PVC - SWR pipes and fittings conforming to IS 13592 of approved make and standard PVC clamps ( approx. 3.2 mm thick) and nails or MS galvanised clamps having minimum 3 mm thick for fixing the pipe. ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically to plumb, keeping the pipe barrel 50 mm away from the wall face, using PVC or MS galvanised clamps. iii) Providing and fixing PVC Domed roof outlet (grating ) for RWP & PVC cowl for waste/ soil pipe. iv) Jointing the PVC pipes and specials by PVC solvent cement, rubber lubricant with rubber rings or any other approved equivalent method. v) Laying the pipeline below the ground to proper slope and gradient for making connection of soil and vent pipeline ( Vertical stacks ) with inspection chamber or manhole and waste water pipeline with gully trap chamber including the cost of cement mortar, water proofing compound etc., testing the vertical pipeline by smoke test and horizontal pipeline by 600 mm head of water and rectifying the leakages, if any all complete incuding encasing the pipe line using CC 1:3:6 etc. all complete. vi) Cutting or making hole in RCC or brick work and reinstating the surface to it's original condition after passing the pipe with cement mortar / cement concrete etc. by adding approved water proofing compound. PVC - SWR Pipe & Fittings ( TYPE-B ) For Soil & waste and Vent pipe lines.

Repairing of existing brick masonry Gully Trap chamber of (300 X 300 mm size) and upto 600 mm initial depth consisting following items of work all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
Providing & fixing square mouth uPVC gully trap of size 150 X 150 mm with 110 mm outlet of Approved Make embedding in position in cement concrete 1:2:4 inside the chamber, including disnatling & removal of existing.
Providing 230 mm thick brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar over 150 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 &15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces and top finished with a floating coat of neat cement including disnatling & removal of existing.
Providing and fixing precast approved make (EVERLAST) or approved equivalant Composite (FRP/GRP) Manhole covers & frame of size 300mm x 300mm including cost of necessary hardware and cement concrete / mortar for fixing the frame.
Providing and fixing in position the structural steel work using M.S.sections such as hollow rectangular & Square sections angles, flats, tee, square, bar, pipe etc including cutting, wastage, welding, tools, labour, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of steel primer and including fixing the frame in wall with necessary screws and rawl plugs or by welding, as per site condition etc complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Structural steel work with new structural steel supplied by Contractor
Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10
a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.
Providing and applying three finished coats of acrylic based emulsion exterior coating of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints / Excel of M/s. Nerolac/ Heatshield of M/s. Dr. FIXIT/ Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / rough cast plaster/ RCC jally / RCC fins at locations as required, including preparation in proportion of One litre of Apex Ultima or other makes with 400 ML. of potable water, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.27 ltr/Sq.m for 3 coats, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC. (Over sand faced plastered surfaces / RCC Jalli / fins)
Repainting of old painted steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade and one coat of approved steel primer including preparing surfaces filling with putty, scaffolding & cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blow lamp etc. complete all as directed by E-I-C.
Removing & Refixing the existing rough shahabad stone slabs in pavement/ footpath and relaying the seviceable stone slabs for pavement /footpath in patch work over a bed of 50 mm thick stonegrit & dust in proper line, level or slope, flush pointing with CM 1:3 all around the shahabad stone slab including cleanig the site, and leveling the surface including transporting & disposing off the unwanted materials at designated complete all as directed by the E/I/C.
Providing and fixing in position at all levels & locations heavy pattern screw down gun metal Gate Valve conforming to IS:778 with hand wheels at top including testing for 10 kg/cm2 pressure with clean and potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc including all tools, plant, labour, scaffolding etc. removing existing damaged / defective gun metal Gate valve & depositing to deptt stores etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note:- The gate valve shall be of approved manufacturer ( Neta, Sant, Kingston, NEW, Leader, Zoloto, GG). The sample of material is required to produce before placing bulk order, for approval of EIC.

Providing & fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (C-PVC) ball valve of 15 mm dia of class SDR 11 of M/s. SUREME / M/s. PRINCE / M/s. Jain Irrigation / M/s. Ajay or other approved equivalent including all necessary fittings, fixing to correct line, level, plumb for water supply line, making leak proof solvent joints, including cost of all jointing solvent materials and testing to a hydraulic pressure for leak proof joint etc all complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing, casting and fixing cement concrete blocks of 300mm X300mm X 450mm (or other required size) of (1: 1.5 : 3) Grade forproviding supports to the water supply lines including bedding mortar, form work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Carrying out repair work for existing damaged man hole covers of over head water tank by providing & fixing the following items including all required painting, scaffolding, cementing, welding & Mosquito net with coupling for the overflow pipe & vent pipe of overhead tank etc complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC.
Main bottom frame of 700 mm dia (Approx) made out of MS angle 50X50X6 mm with MS flat 25X6, hold fast, SS-304 nut, bolt, nail etc. complete.
