AR MO to various residential and non residential buildings under Sub Division No.IX at HP Sectt. Shimla. SH Providing staff for maintenance of Armsdale PhaseI, II, III, and Ellerslie main building at HP Sectt. For Six Months.

Engagement of carpenter in residential & non residential buildings to construct and put into position doors, windows, frame stairs, trusses etc. and to attend all type of furniture repairs to prepare and repair of wood in fixtures can prepare and assembly timer trusses and join timber pieces in treason and compressing numbers thereof should be capable of preparing estimate of materials for different jobs any other duty assigned by the Junior Engineer.

Engagement of plumber to assemble, install, maintain, andpressure test all pipes, fittings, or heating, water ,sanitary, drainage, sprinkler, according to specifications and plumbing codes,to detemine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders, install and repair pipes, fittings, valves,fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc, to select matterial and hardware and make time and materials estimates, to maintain accurate records ontools, equipment, and hardware and make time and materials estimates, to maintain accurate records on tools, equipment, and materiasl and labor used, He shall be responsible for laying, jointing all kind of pipes and special i.e. C.I., Gi. HCI, PVC lead pies etc, making ferule coonections repair ot leakages etc and other Misecellaneous works/ jobs at treatment plan/water works and pumping stations etc. He shall also be responsible be reporting and assisting thhe jjunior Engineeer for detection and connection annd other duty assigned by the junior Engineer.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Engagement of Sewer Man to performs semi-skilled work in connection with the maintenance and operation of a sewer system, Operates catch basin cleaner, Removes obstructions from sewers with sewer rods and sever cables, Pumps out cellars or excavations that have become flooded as the result of storms, Repairs sewers, manholes and catch basins and other related jobs. He is responsible for every day inspection, Maintance and complaint disposal and and other duty assigned by the Engineer-in-charge.

Engagement of complaint/telephone attendant to record all maintenance complaints recived by phone or written given by staff and to maintain all record of maintenance material recieved and issued for complaints for building maintenance in M.A.S. he is responsible for all complaints to be attended or rectified with in time bond manner by deputing plumber, carpanter, sewerman and beldar including maintaing complete record of plumber, carpanter, sewerman and beldars in record book and any other duties assign by Junior Engineer
