Excavation in trenches any type of soil , n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation , etc or for shaft, well, cesspits , manholes , pier hole etc n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out for laying of cable complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning , filling in including, spreading , levelling , watering and well reamming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under flooors, in trenches or in foundation for cable protection including and consolidation complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for boring hole across the road/plinth/hard standing by trench less technology method suitable for up to 100 mm bore pipe for 0.4 mpa working pressure for cable passing without damaging Road/plinth/floor complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Takng out old unserviceable under ground HT cable upto 185 sqmm from trenches/floor/road/pipe/along poles including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Excavation,earth work required for item shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Laying and commissioning only HT UG Cable of size 3 Core , 95 to 185 Sqmm, 11000 V grade PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured conductor laid in trenches/Road/paths/ on poles through GI protection pipe complete including connection of cable at both ends with suitable size of glands, aluminium lugs complete joining, testing and commissioning including disconnecting and removing existing UG Cable complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:1. HT UG Cable shall be laid against retrived Serviceable cable under relavent items of the schedule. 2. Earth work for the cable removing, laying measured and paid separately under relevent items of the schedule.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated,screened,PVC beded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with aluminium conductor HT cable 11000 volts grade with cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick fixed by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto 3m height above ground level and watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade including earthwork, PCC chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate, cast iron cover, wire mesh etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete and all as specified and direcrted by Engr-in-charge Notes :- (i) 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering (ii) GI strip connecting upto pump,Gen set,LT panel and DBs earth connection is included in this item. (iii) GI pipe 40 mm dia protection pipe shall be provided upto Ground level.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, earth testing point, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge after taking down old earthing.( GI wire upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item).

M&L for painting of old painted surfaces with synthetic enemel paint to HT steel tubelar pole 11 mtr long including clamps,brackets,chanels,cross arms,bracing support and supporting pipe of cables etc including zebra painting at bottom up to 1.5 mtr above from the PCC couping and writing pole No with white paint complete etc complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 11 herein before but for 4 pole structure including cross arm,bracings etc. complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F GI tube light grade galvanised of size 100 mm with all fitting and fixed to wall and celling or laid in floors/under road etc complete all as specdied and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S & F GI tube light grade galvanised of size 50 mm with all fitting and fixed to wall and celling or laid in floors/under road etc complete all as specdied and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fix Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of HT 11 KV Air break switch, gang operated, complete with all acessories, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism working from ground level, for current rating up to 200 Amps including GI pipe of suitable size,clamps,nuts,bolts amd washers etc complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of HT 11 KV Air break switch, gang operated, complete with all acessories, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism working from ground level, for current rating up to 400 Amps including GI pipe of suitable size,clamps,nuts,bolts amd washers etc complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of drop out fuse unit two post insulator per pole complete with FRP fuse barrel chanel type of capacity 200Amps,11000 Volts with all acessories including nuts,bolts and washer etc complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp suitable for 11000 Volts complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified.Make-Denson,M-Seal/Birla 3M/CCI or equivalent complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed. Make-Denson,M-Seal/Birla 3M/CCI or equivalent complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for filling of aggrigate for loose filling of size 40 mm to 80 mm graded brocken stone aggrigate pieces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1 with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid flat length of cover across the length of cable and old US PCC cover to be disposal off 100 mtr away from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour Framed work of Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250)quality-A as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete as in compound guards of transformers, four pole/two pole structures in sub stations incuding painting of two coats of enamel paint over one coat of zinc coating primer complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel wire fabric Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members not exceeding 4 kg Weight per square metre complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix self adhesive reflective radium stickers 75 mm wide around the street light poles 1.5 mtr above ground level complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting up to 30 cm width and depth of the road/hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC type C2 (1:3:6) by using 40mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 m mean radious built in cement mortar 1:4 for transformer foundation flatform and including necessary demolition of the brick work and old unserviceable material spread out a distance of 100 mtr within the area complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying only old bricks full size or useful obtained from excavation against cable shifting/rerouting complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 13,065.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
