Trenching in all kind soil up to 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 0.50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure)

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

"Provision for preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with manure in the ratio of 8:1 flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, levelling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and levelling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete

Spreading of Compost and good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge. (cost of cattle manure and good-earth to be paid separately)

Mixing of Compost in the lawn area in required proportion specified of directed by the officer-in-charge.

Fine dressing of the ground

Grassing with Turf grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 60 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed

"Drilling of 150 mm dia borewell in hard rock by Pneumatic Down Tool Hammering (DTH) Rig including cost of all labour equipment and wooden boxed for collection of streta sample of every 10 ft. depth complete in all respect.(Ground to 100 Mtr.) Washing and flushing of the borewell through compressor machine as per actual requirement of the borewell for till the sand free discharge obtained. Charges are inclusive the cost of all equipment, tools, labour and measurement of water with "V"-Notch

Supply and installation of 2 HP, single/three phase submersible motor pumping set with required head of the borewell (Crompton, shakti, Oswal, Bentax and other equilant ISI brand) with required head and discharge suitable for the borewell including GST and all other charges at borewell installation

Provision towards the supply and installation of HDPE pipe.(Jain /Kisan /Finolax / etc.) (10kg/sqcm pressure) of, (1.5” size) tightened for installation with motor pumping set in to the well as per actual requirement including all charges for the job in complete

Supply and installation of 10mm P.V.C. coated steel rope for supporting of the submersible motor pumping set and the rate are including GST and all other charges

Supply and fitting of Suitable for 2 HP motor running panel board with cutout three sets, bolt meter, Amp meter and other items as per site condition. The rate are including GST and mechanical charges at site fitting with connection of motor pump set complete the job.

Supply and fitting of 2.5sqmm X 3 core copper cable ISI Finolax/Havells and other equivalent brands from panel board to motor pumping set as per actual requirement. The rate are including GST and mechanical charges with connection of motor pump set to panel board.

The provision has been made for supplying and fixing of heavy duty 0.5 inch PVC Impact popup Sprinkler including charges of plumbing and other items as per required

Supplying and fixing of 25mm GI Hydrant system (Kisan/Prince/Supreme/Finolex or any other reputed brand) including 25mm full away brass control valve/nipple/tee/elbow/sockets etc as per required and making suitable cement concrete chamber for the job in complete

Excavating of trenches of required width for pipes not exceeding 80mm dia including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.05 mtrs. (but not less than 90cm.) including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soil as required in layers and not exceeding 20cm in depth including each deposited layers should be consolidating by ramming, watering etc. and depositing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50mtrs. (The length of the trench may be decreased or increased as per actual requirement of the site).

Provision towards connection of irrigation main pipe line to motor pump set to supply irrigation water around the site.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) a) Holes 1.2 m dia and 1.2 m deep
