20.2.2 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 400 mm dia piles.

2.6.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m - all kinds of soil.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering ,ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

5.1.2 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finsishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1cement 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.2.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) , including attached pilasters, buttresses , plinth and sting courses , fillets , columns , pillars , piers , abutments , posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO/SAIL/JSW)Fe -415 or more.

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of orm for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

6.4.2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

13.46.1 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade- New work(two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10 sqm.

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

13.62.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

15.7.4 Demolishing brick work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

11.41.2C Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickeness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson / Asian ) in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) , including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x 600mm - Commercial quality.

17.1.1 Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C.pan) with 100 mm Sand Cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C flusing cistren, including flush pipe, manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231 , with all fittings and fixtures complete , including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C.pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests.

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A. yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31 mm pitch of 250 mm and overall width of 1060 mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.S.paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin, rafter and truss etc.,

9.123 Providing and fixing facory made door frame (single rebate ) made out of single piece extruded solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm mitred & jointed with self driven self tapping screws of size 38 mm x 4 mm & PVC solvent cement , including fixing the frame to wall with suitable dia & length anchor fastener as per manufacturer's specification

9.124.1 Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile . The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm X 30 mm having wall thickness 5mm . The styles , top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integarally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mm x 1 mm , painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed . Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to recive single piece extruted 5 mm PVC sheet as panel. The joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm X 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement and self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mm x8mm m complete as per manufacturer's specifications- Non decorative finish.

11.40.5 Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic / matt finish floor tiles of size 600x600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of commercial quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco) in all.
