Air Cooled VRV / VRF Outdoor Unit Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5 .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity and external static pressure VRF/VRV ceiling mounted ductable type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, For TFA Dx copper coil with hydrophilic coating, electronic expansion valve, corded remote control, outer cabinet, vibration isolators, drain pan, other necessary supports etc., suitable for operation on single phase AC supply 230 V ± 10%, 50 Hz complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiveing signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C WB temperature & For TFA 45 degree C temperature temperature.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Main centralized controller / manager digital type of latest generation for VRV/VRF system for controlling all the indoor & outdoor units installed in building with adapters (for connecting additional indoor units, cost for the same is deemed to be included in this item) with On / Off, touch screen and Temparature Controls, fan speed, scheduling, air flow direction setting, operation history etc. The controller should be compatible with automation system (Bacnet/IP) with all accessories. It should be complete as per manufacturing standards & as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Hi Wall Type Inverter Split AC Units: Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Hi Wall Type 5 star Inverter Type Split AC units with cordless remote control, Inverter driven compressor factory pre-charged with R-410A Refrigerant, washable synthetic media pre-filter, refrigerant piping duly insulated with 13 mm thick nitrile rubber, PVC drain piping duly insulated with 6 mm thick nitrile rubber, outdoor units equipped with highly efficient compressors, Air cooled heat exchanger, low noise condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, MS structure/wall bracket for outdoor unit etc complete as per specifications of following capacities.

Insulated Refrigerant Piping for VRV / VRF System: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of interconnecting high pressure copper refrigerant piping work including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing suitable for refrigerant R 410A duly insulated with FACTORY PREFORMED TUBULAR EPDM RUBBER FOAM SECTIONS with completely closed cell structure as per specifications - Density 40-60 kg /cum , Class A as per ASTM E 84 , Class V-0 as per UL 94 and Mu value > 7000 between indoor & outdoor units as per specifications. External refrigerant piping shall be laid on 16 G GI covered perforated cable trays. Piping inside occupied area & vertical shaft inside the AHU Room shall be supported using 16 G GI hangers. All exposed pipe shall have UV coating on insulation & cost to be included in the piping. Cable tray is quantified seperately.
