Old Screed& Chipping work Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 25 mm average thickness

Water Proofing for Terrace: Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer isstill green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of [email protected] kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This willbe allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapetwall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar

Screed Concrete (SBR ploymer modified cement mortar) Screed Concrete Grading roof for water proofing treatment withCement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) cum modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 gradedcoarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantledor waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or asapproved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leadsincluding all lifts involved.
