REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK, SOAK WELL/MANHOLES, SEWAGE LINE, AND REPAIR TO DRAIN AND PAVER BLOCK IN VAYU VIHAR AT AF STN ADAMPUR

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre width and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep, in soft/loose soil for foundation, laying of pipes, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes & getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manholes covers and similar articles set in cement mortar 1:4 at the site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Fixing Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & above , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No. 06 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concreting , etc completed all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick Plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & fair W/O using extra cement mixed with WPC in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only ISI Marked integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over and including a coat of exterior (water based) primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality-A as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, walkways, railing, barred iron doors including side hung gates with pintel hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, framed work of water tanks, door chowkats and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, Weight per square metre n exc 4 kg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing steel and iron surfaces (new) of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs C.I. oval access door on existing pipes fixed to wall of any description, dia of oval access door suitable for 75mm and 100mm dia including washer and other necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with or without rubber ring joints, fixed to walls , bore of pipe in 110 mm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair PVC (SWR) bends/shoes any radius, bore of pipe in 110 mm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes completely after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipe plus 30cm)

Material and Labour for providing concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 200mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes completely after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipe plus 30cm)

Material and Labour for providing concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 300mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes completely after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipe plus 30cm)

Material and Labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm bore, making good to pipe and plastering the disturbed portions in CM 1:3 to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 200 mm bore, making good to pipe and plastering the disturbed portions in CM 1:3 to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 300 mm bore, making good to pipe and plastering the disturbed portions in CM 1:3 to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 300mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of blocked/chocked gully trap, floor trap, WHB, WC etc upto first man holes of any type and any dia and depth removing the sludge/solid content manual/mechanical method and cleaning the sewage line upto first manhole by water pressure or flushing with water or rodding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangement so as to remove the blockage and making the sewer line/manhole fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge including removing the sludge beyond 50 mtr from building and repositioning the manhole cover in position and refixing of grating complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for dewatering the PVC water tank of capacity upto 500ltrs cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt etc from water tank, removing lid without disturbing pipe line system and float valve/re-fixing of float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing letter "date of clearance, date, month and year " with black base and yellow letter or white base or black letter painting including cleaning of existing letter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Periodicity for cleaning of tank will be assessed by the Engineer-in-charge according to site condition.

M&L for dewatering the PVC water tank of capacity exc 500ltrs but n.exc 1000ltrs cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt etc from water tank, removing lid without disturbing pipe line system and float valve/re-fixing of float valve and making functional after cleaning and writing letter "date of clearance, date, month and year " with black base and yellow letter or white base or black letter painting including cleaning of existing letter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Periodicity for cleaning of tank will be assessed by the Engineer-in-charge according to site condition.

M&L for dewatering the Static water tank by pumping all water with pumping machine of capacity upto 50,000 gallons cleaning and removing all scales and dirt silt, alkali, fungus, small trees etc from Static water tank with and including applying two coat of white wash on bottom, side walls and Top of tank and writing letter “date of clearance, Date, month and year“ with black/white base painting complete all as specified and directed

Maintenance of drain /Nallah by cutting all bushes, shrubs, sarkandas and any type of vegetation and de-silting all deposit of soil and other material to have a free flow of water and to get a uniform trapezoidal/ rectangular shape of drain and removing all spoil from MOD area to a distance exc 250m but n exc 500m and deposited in layer n exc 25cm thick , cross sectional area of drain /nallah n exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removing existing cover slab and refixing the same after cleaning of drain properly without damaging the cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only cement concrete paver block of any thickness as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. obtained from dismantled tiles or where floor is sunk including 25 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand compacting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved design & pattern as in footpath , parks , lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling joints with sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape , made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in Required colour & pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibrator, compacting by using plate vibrator , filing the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone and drainage channels of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) completed all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including formed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting tree/plants upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings completely to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, Bore dia of pipe in 20 mm, etc complete all as specified and directed.
