SPL REPAIR TO GI/ CI PIPE LINE AT TRISHUL LINE AREA UNDER AGE EM NO I OF GE(UTILITY) SECUNDERABAD

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundations of poles/ stays/ cable etc not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer each not exc. 25 cm thick in a soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair/ replacement of Ductile iron pressure pipes 100 mm bore class K7, centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS 8329/ 2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length including DI specials as required at site confirming to IS 8329/ 2000 and all jointing materials and making good for disturbed surfaces of roads, path ways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearance for the route of pipe line, welding, cutting the existing CI/ DI/ MS pipe line of any size up to 150 mm bore for inserting branch connections etc complete including taking down old unserviceable GI pipe all as specified and directed. Notes for item No. 4.00 to 7.00:- (a) Lead Joints / D-Joints deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Contractor is responsible for repair/ replacement of any damages to the existing structures, Under Ground HT/ LT/ OFC Cables etc during the course of execution. (c) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L in replacement for Galvanised iron steel tubing 50 mm bore ISI marked medium grade with all fittings (ISI marked) duly laid in trenches or floor included taking down the existing complete all as specified.
