Demolition of RCC of any description, in any position roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, RCC overhead tank and similar suspended work and Removing excavated material /demolition material exc. 1.50 km but n exc.5 km including taking down from upto four storey and directedcomplete all as specified.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone agg as Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) work, 18-20 mm thk (table rubbed and polished) in steps,jambs,pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms with necessary hole for gas pipe where ever required and likes on cement mortar bedding of 20 mm in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match including rounded edges with shade of granite incl Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on cooking platform, floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 600X300X7 mm thick set and jointed in type -II adhesive and pointed in approved cement tile grout with 4mm spacer incl dismantling existing tiles of any descrription and in any postion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles double charged (light shade), 8-9 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not 0.36 sqm (600mm X 600mm), in floors and skirting etc. set and jointed in type -II adhesive and pointed in approved cement tile grout with 4mm spacer incl dismantling existing tiles of any descrription and in any postion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm of size (300mm X 300mm), in floors and skirting etc. set and jointed in type -II adhesive and pointed in approved cement tile grout with 4mm spacer incl dismantling existing tiles of any descrription and in any postion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan, (Orissa pattern) size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap etc complete including making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed.
