Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 metre in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out all kinds of soil and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 metre and lift upto 1.5 metre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum in soft loose soil including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, cdisposal of surplus soil within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:2:4 using type B1 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hot finished welded type tubes steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over and under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n.exc 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base etc, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of crushed stone sand/ M-sand, filling the joints complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 as per standard design of size 75x75 mm deep chase complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Fixing Armstrong OPTRA ceiling tiles with Silhouette 15mm face exposed grid (Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles With Armstrong 15mm Exposed silhoutte grid The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.6, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 31%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Suprafine 32 with 15 mm face exposed grid colour white having rotery stitching on all silhoutte type T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/M2 & minimum thickness of wire 2mm with pull out strength of 100 Kgs. grid fixed with butterfly clip for grid. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system and necessarey aluminium angle of Armstrong make, including taking down old ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel With aluminium beading grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs partly panelled & partly glazed door single/double, leaf, using aluminium section Top - 19528, Middle - 19575, Bottom - 19530, Vertical - 19526 fixed with aluminium floor door spring, pivot etc., with and including particle board panels of 12mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative choice lamination & including 5mm thick plain glass having interlock (20939), Handle (20602) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing 52mm thick PVC Partition consisting of 12mm thick plain solid PVC ply sheet reinforced with frame work made from 40mm x 20mm MS tubes. In between two MS tubes, 5mm thick Plain heat moulded 'C channel of size 75mmx50mm with feathered edges shall be fixed on the floor, wall and ceiling. Plastic ply panel shall be inserted in the PVC 'C channel. The first & last MS tube should be errected such that it is inside a PVC 'C channel, in between adjoining plastic panel, 5mm thick x75mm width plain PVC sheet feathered at edges shall be stick on the front & back face using solvent cement completeall as specified and directed.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or woood) of area 3squre metres and below including stacking within 50 meteres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of IInd class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters, including ISI marked stainless steel hinges of suitable size with necessary screws complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 300x16 mm aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints . Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 610x510 mm bowl depth 200 mm Kitchen sink without drain board Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite stone slab gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window cills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding , rounding to edges and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed at all levels.

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete

Providing and fixing 40 mm Flexible pipe P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vertical Venetian blinds of 100mm wide of required colour and shade and necessary fittings of approved make complete all as manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 15mm nominal bore C.P. brass angle valve for wash basin/flush tank of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe 45 cm length with brass unions 15 mm nominal bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 precast cement concrete block of type C-1 with 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in skirting/dado jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Pillar taps 15mm size, fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs waste coupling brass CP for glazed ware sink, WHB etc with long screwed shanks and fly nuts complete of 32mm dia.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Distempering on old work two coats with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm of thickness not less than 8mm of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved shade laid on over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4, Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed, coloured ceramic tiles in verticle surface of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm to 8mm thick set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineerin- Charge

Providing and fixing factory made panel modular PVC door shutter 30 mm thick consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. Material and labour for distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including disposal of material within 50 metres lead, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floor in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying double charged Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm in floor (having thickness 8mm to 9mm) and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid over and including on 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles (having thickness 8mm to 9mm), conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 10 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Size of tile as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required and complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
