SITC of CTI certified FRP induced draft counter flow type cooling towers of 1089983 Kcal / Hr nominal heat rejection capacity suitable for 300 TR chiller with FRP water basin, PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators complete with hot water basin either fitted with spray nozzle or having self rotating sprinkles, statically and dynamically balanced axial flow type fan-direct driven with TEFC induction motor, suction screen, make up-quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections with necessary valves and suitable inspection ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, anti-vibration mountings etc. complete as per specification and required.

Modification of existing cooling tower RCC foundation on roof top to suit the proposed CTI certified cooling tower including providing additional RCC column, RCC bed, steel / masonary supporting structure etc. with out affecting the building structure complete as required for installing the cooling towers as per the recommendation of OEM and as approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing the following factory rolled MS heavy Class (BIS 3589) pipe with specified wall thickness cut to required lengths and installed with all welded joint, providing and fixing in position necessary fitting fabricated to size and shape (like bends, elbows, tees, reduces, sockets, MS flanges & supports etc.) as required complete as per technical specifications. a) 400 mm dia MS pipe (thickness not less than 6mm)

Providing and fixing in position the following CI Butterfly valves for cooling tower water line cut to required lengths and installed with all welded joints with flanges & support etc. as required complete as per technical specifications. c) 200 mm dia valve (PN 10)

Providing and fixing in position the following CI Butterfly valves for cooling tower water line cut to required lengths and installed with all welded joints with flanges & support etc. as required complete as per technical specifications. d) 50 mm dia valve (PN 10)

Supply, Installiing, testing and commissioning of M.S. Pot strainer with SS Strainer 400 mm (PN 10) complete with all necessary accessories etc. as required.

Steel work welded in build up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required as per site condition.

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size etc as per IS 7098 part I 1988 with up to date amendments etc. as required. a) 3C x 6 Sq.mm

Supply of 2C x 1.5 Sq.mm standard copper conductor PVC sheathed, flexible cable of 1.1 KV grade etc. as per IS 7098 part I 1988 with up to date amendments etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/GI/HDPE/DWC pipe etc. as required. a) Upto 35 sq.mm

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3C x 6 Sq.mm

Supplying & laying of 50mm dia DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on surface complete as required.

Dismantling of existing 04 nos. 350 TR Cooling Towers, 50/100/200/250/400 mm dia MS Pipes, 50/100/200/250/400 mm dia butterfly valves, 400 mm dia pot strainers complete etc. w.r.t. replacement of the same as considered in BOQ vide Sl. No.1 to 12 from the actual site wherever necessary, removal of the dismantled material from the site, handing over and stacking of the dismantled material at Engineering store complete etc. as per instruction and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 200 mm dia MS stool piece 8 nos. flanges including welding, connecting with the existing 200 mm MS pipes at chiller condenser inlet & outlet etc. complete as required.
