Hiring charges for 1 No MTV per day - for trailor mounted 10/14 seater Mobile toilet van (With min 1000 ltr waste tank with butterfly valve type outlet point i/c heavy duty green hose pipe (non transparent) of 110mm dia- min. 6mtr long and min 1000 ltr fresh water tank in front of MTV at suitable height with proper pipe line fiitings & taps, including cleaning of Mobile Toilet Van complete from out side, inside and its surrounding i/c removal of sludge in solid/liquid stage and filling up the fresh water in water tank at least twice a day by suitale mode of machinery ,as well as providing service facilities i/c all toiletries materials, safaikaramchari cum caretaker completely round the clock and more as per site requirement and carrying out other obligations as per additional terms and conditions attached. As well as providing service facilities i/c all toiletries materials, safaikaramchari cum caretaker & supervisor round the clock completely and more as per site requirement and carrying out other obligations as per additional terms and conditions attached. Towing of Mobile Toilet Van by recovery van from Different Location of Delhi to different Worksop of DUSIB as required within NCT of Delhi i/c (i) All T&P shall be arranged by agency. Note : (I) The MTV should be installed / brought well cleaned as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (II) Agency shall be responsible for any type of casualty during transportation of MTVs. (The rates are inclusive of statutory taxes)

Hiring charges for 08 nos.Toilet cubicles per day (each cubicle size approx. size 1.0 mtr X 1.0 mtr X 1.9 mtr complete) with defication storage waste min. 150 litre along with fresh water tank i/c cleaning of the toilet cubicles complete from out side and inside and its surrounding i/c removal of sludge in solid liquid stage and filling up water tank at least twice a day or as and when required. As well as providing service facilities i/c all toiletries materials, safaikaramchari cum caretaker & supervisor completely and more as per site requirement and carrying out other obligations as per additional terms and conditions attached or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Opreration and maintenace of 8 nos. Toilet cubicles per day (to be supply by department free of cost) i/c Providing the seperate water tank ,cleaning of the toilet cubicles complete from out side and inside, i/c removal of sludge in solid liquid stage and filling up water tank at least twice a day or as and when required. As well as providing service facility i/c all toiletries materials, safaikaramchari cum caretaker & supervisor completely and more as per site requirement and carrying out obligations as per the terms and condition (attached) or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Operation & Maintenance of One 10 seater MTV /Two 4 seater MTV installed at site (To Be Supply By Department Free of Cost) including Cleaning of Mobile Toilet Van's complete from out side, inside and its surrounding i/c removal of sludge in solid/liquid stage and filling up the water tank at least twice a day by suitable mode of machinery, as well as providing service facilities i/c all toiletries materials, safaikaramchari cum caretaker round the clock and as per site requirement and carrying out other obligations as per terms and conditions attached. (One job means one 10 seater MTV/ two 4 seater MTV for one Day & night) (One 10 Seater MTV/ Two 4 Seater MTV for 2 Days for10 location = 7 x 8=56Jobs

Hiring and fixing of 02 nos. Bathrooms, cubicle of minimum size 1.0 mtrsX1.0 mtrsX1.9mtr (each) in good condition carrying out obligations, cleaning of bath cubicles atleast twice a day as per the terms and condition (attached) or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (02 No .Portable Toilet Cubicles for 07days x20 location = 140 Jobs)

Cartage of 01 set (4 toielt cubicles) of fully assembeled prefabricated portable toilet cubicle of minimum size 1.0 mtrX 1.0 mtr X 1.9 mtrs complete inbuilt and other allied material from agency store to site or from site to agency store i/c loading and unloading by hiring tempos or other suitable mode of transportation in accordance with traffic rules etc as required.

Engagement of Supervisor (Min.Matriculates) for monitoring of O&M of toilet cubicles/MTVs at 10 sites/ locations ensuring Cleaning of Mobile Toilet Vans/ toilet cubicles complete from out side, inside and its surrounding,ensuring removal of sludge in solid/liquid stage and filling up the water tank at least twice a day by suitable mode of machinery, as well as providing service facilities i/c availability of all toiletries materials, safaikaramchari cum caretaker round the clock at each site etc as required.(MR)
