REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED LT FEEDER PILLAR UNDER EUDD 5 NOIDA

PROVIDING & INSTALLATION OF L.T. FEEDER PILLAR IN PLACE OF DAMAGED, SHABBY AND NON REPAIRABLE L.T. FEEDER PILLAR IN AREA OF EUDSD-III, VIII & IX, NOIDA AS PER FOLLOWING :-

Supply of new L.T. Feeder Pillar as per following specification:- 1) LT Feeder Pillar Box shall be of 14 SWG HR sheet except doors, having (4) doors, two in front and 2 doors on back side of 16 SWG HR sheet. Doors should have locking arrangements for providing pad locks. It should have a canopy on top in order to prevent it from water ingress in rains. The doors of box should be welded with robust quality hinges with provision of 3 hinges on each door and handled on each door. The periphery of door of the LT Feeder Pillar Box shall be provided with lining of rubber/ PVC to prevent entry of rain, insects, lizards, rats etc. so as to make it vermin proof. 2) The dimension of Feeder Pillar Box 1.5(width) X 0.5(Depth) X 1.5(Height) M3 (With Canopy). 3) 04 Nos. Bus Bars made of aluminum for red, yellow, blue & neutral phases having dimensions 1000mm X 75mm X 10mm. 4) 45 Nos. Kit Kats of 415V, 150Amp. each capacity tested as per IS shall be provided with 15 Nos. on each phase so as to cater to 15 Nos. 3 Phase connections. 5) 01 No. incoming MCCB of 250 Amp. TP L&T / Havell’s make. 6) Proper size 400 Nos. Aluminum lugs and thimbles shall be provided for safe termination of incomer as well as individual service cable. 7) Bakelite sheet shall be provided on the base of channel meant for mounting the Kit Kats. 8) All nuts, bolts & washers used shall be electro galvanized. 9) The height of erected feeder pillar box approx. one feet from the earth on G.I. angle size frame. 10) The panel case consisting of shell door and roof (canopy) shall be coated with one coat of red oxide followed by spray paint of light grey color both inside and outside. Before painting, the sun faces shall be thoroughly cleaned from dust, grease of rust.

Aluminum lugs and thimbles shall be provided for safe termination of incomer as well as individual service cable. 7) Bakelite sheet shall be provided on the base of channel meant for mounting the Kit Kats. 8) All nuts, bolts & washers used shall be electro galvanized. 9) The height of erected feeder pillar box approx. one feet from the earth on G.I. angle size frame. 10) The panel case consisting of shell door and roof (canopy) shall be coated with one coat of red oxide followed by spray paint of light grey color both inside and outside. Dismantling of damaged, shabby & non repairable L.T. Feeder Pillar from earth and pillar carriage from works site to JE store / central store & proper stacking with loading & unloading.

Installation of above new L.T. Feeder Pillar in place of damaged, shabby & non repairable L.T. Feeder Pillar with required items complete in all respect.

Providing and installation of chemical earthing for new LT Feeder Pillar :-

Providing of earth elctrode strip in pipe terminal type chemical earthing proper hot deep galvanization dia 50 mm length 3 mtr down conductor size - 32mm x 6mm terminal connection hole dia 8mm The cavity between the strip & pipes is filled with condutive mixture - for hermetically filling inside the cavity i.e. between secondary conductor & primary conductor, crystline compound is to be injected in the electrode assembly. It is a combination of high conductivity metal alloys, copper & aluminum power, conductive carbon / cement and bonding material etc the electrode should be sealed from both the ends. The outer pipe of the elctrode should be zinc coated the characteristics of this compound is highly cnductive, non magnetic & non corrosive in G.I. Including providing of Pgs backfill compound each elctrode should be supplied with bags of 25 k.g. x 2 bfc compound (ground resistance enhancement powder 50 kgs each CPRI tested to connect the above chemical earthing with the GI strip of size 32mmx6mm.

Providing & fixing of 3.5c x 70 sq mm aluminium armoured XLPE L.T PVC cable as per approved PVVNL technical specification for installation above Feeder Pannels.
