SCH-Inside & Outside Building Wiring
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of light point (concealed modular) for to be drawn by single core stranded FRLSH insulated 1.5 mm2, 1100 volt grade copper cable 1 conforming to IS:694 through alkathene pipe of suitable size to be fixed inside wall by having final plastering with necessary coupler /elbow /Tee / 4way etc. The point to be terminated by modular type 6A flush type controlling switch on suitable size full/half flash GI board & platinum white plate at one end and by ceiling rose with 1sqmm single core IS : 694 multi-stranded FRLSH copper wire as earth continuity at the other end as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & fixing of exhaust fan point is same as item no.1.
Supply & fixing of ceiling fan point (concealed modular) is same as item no.1, including supply & fixing of modular type step electronic fan regulator 100W as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Fixing of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep BLDC is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & fixing of 6A, 5 pin modular plug point is same as item no-1. The modular plug socket to be fixed with platinum white plate on GI board as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & fixing of modular plug point including geyser point 16A, 3 pin is same as 6 item no.1, except the line shall be drawn by single core stranded FRLSH insulated 2.5sqmm, 1100 volt grade copper cable. 16A, 3 pin socket and 16A separate flush type modular switch to be fixed with platinum white plate on GI board as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & fixing of call bell point is same as item no.1.
Supply & fixing of call bell (ding dong) with switch is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & fixing of indoor LED batten with tube of 18-20watt is to be provided as per direction of Railway Engineer. Connection of fitting is to be done by 1.5sq.mm FRLHS s/core copper cable.
Supply & fixing of LED bulb 7-10 watt with B-22 cap, as per IS : 16102-1.2012 & 16102-2.2012 to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25A AC starter is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer. Connection is to be drawn by single core stranded FRLSH insulate 4sqmm, 1100 volt grade copper cable confirming to IS-694 through alkathene pipe of 11 suitable size to be fixed inside wall by having final plastering with necessary coupler /elbow /Tee / 4way etc. The point to be terminated by modular type 25A AC starter on suitable size modular G.I. box & platinum white plate at one end and by 25A DP MCB on MCB Distribution Boards with 1sqmm single core IS : 694 multi stranded FRLSH copper wire as earth continuity at the other end as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & laying of FRLSH PVC insulated 4sqmm single core multi-stranded copper 12 cable IS:694 to be laid through concealed where necessary of suitable size alkathene pipe/casing capping/conduit pipe including 1sqmm single core FRLSH IS:694 multi stranded copper wire as earth continuity is to be used as per direction of Railway Engineer where necessary.
Supply & laying of FRLSH PVC insulated 2.5sqmm single core multi-stranded copper 13 cable IS:694 to be laid through concealed where necessary of suitable size alkathene pipe/casing capping/conduit pipe including 1sqmm single core FRLSH IS:694 multi stranded copper wire as earth continuity is to be used as per direction of Railway Engineer where necessary.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of distribution board 12way is to be commissioned as per direction of Railway Engineer. The switch is to be provided on suitable place 14 being observing IE rules & other safety measures. Cable connection to be done by lug /socket of proper size and cable gland to be provided with proper insulation at every cable entrance and exit of distribution board where necessary. The board comprising with C series MCCB/MCB's with the following items: (i) MCB SP- 6A = 5 nos. (ii) MCB SP - 16A = 02 no. (iii) MCB SP - 25A = 01 no. (iv) MCB DP - 32A = 01 no., (v) RCCB 30mA, 40A = 1no. and (vi) 12 way DB= 01 no.
Supply & fixing of Single Phase Electronic Energy Meter, voltage range : 230/240 (L - N) ; Current Range: 5-30 Amp, Accuracy Class 1 Frequency 50Hz with backlight LED display with suitable enclosure/box to be fixing in proper loc ation as per direction of Railway Engineer.
SCH-Provision of power supply with Switch gear and water supply
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor feeder pillar box double door including Cu busbar (IP-66) is to be fixed on 48inchx36inchx48inch foundation. The CC foundation is to be done M-15 grade cement concrete. The design and drawing of the feeder pillar 16 should be approved by the competent authority before the execution of the work. The feeder pillar shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enameled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Suitable spreader link should be provided with the protection switches of the feeder pillar. Adequate size of rubber grommet is to be provided for incoming & outgoing of cables: a) MCCB 63A, 18kA, 4P = 1 no , b) SP MCB 40A 10kA C- series with enclosure = 4 no
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor /outdoor which is feasible site condition floor/ wall mounted cubicle type LT main power panel suitable for 415v.50Hz AC supply made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet .The panel shall be CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof, neoprene gasket of thickness not less than 2mm shall be used between all adjacent units & beneath all covers so that the joints are effectively dust vermin proof. The panel shall have uniform height & depth and plugged with insulated &spring loaded thumb screws. The bus bar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of ratings not less than 500Amp. The panel shall be completely factory wired with insulated FRLSH copper wire & shall be ready for connection to be equipments. The panel shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enameled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Cable connection to be done by lug /socket of proper size and cable gland to be provided with proper insulation at every cable entrance and exit of panel. Necessary spreader link is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer. Adequate size of rubber grommet is to be provided for incoming & outgoing of cables. The earthing system is to be done as per drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1,dt. 30.09.2024 attached at annexure-A. Pre- inspection of materials & drawing by Railway Engineer should be imparted The panel shall consists of the followings : a) MCCB 120A, 25kA, 4P = 1 no, b)MCCB 63A, 18kA, 4P = 4 no c)Digital ammeter, voltmeter with selector switch = 1 set , d) Indicator lamp with toggle switch =1 set (RYB)
Laying of LT cable is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer. (LT cable will be procured through store).
Supply & laying of HDPE pipe 40mm dia of pressure rating 6.0 kgf/ cm2 (PN -6.0) are 19 to be laid along the pole/ beam/brackets by 25x5 mm MS clamp with required nut, bolt/ washer and under the ground by digging trench of depth 1 mtr if necessary. Necessary compression socket and short radius compression bend has to be provided as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Excavation of cable trench for laying of LT cable with associated items is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply , testing, installation & commissioning of 5 HP 3 phase , DOL water cooled 21 submersible pump motor set head range : 70 mtr to 23 mtr , Discharge range 9m3/hr to 24 m3/hr , Outlet size - 65mm is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer. Pre- inspection of materials by Railway Engineer should be imparted.
Supply & fixing of direct online starter of 5HP, 3.7kW, over load relay range 6A-9A, conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-4, provided with protection degree IP : 54 is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer
SCH-Provision of Street lights & compound Lighting
Supply & erection of hot dip galvanized octagonal single header pole of thickness 3mm & height 6 mtr base plate dimension 225x225x12mm including foundation bolt of size 4 x 20mm dia, 700mm J bolts plus 10% templates with cement plaster finish C.C foundation in ratio of 23 1:2:4 by mixture of cement, sand and 19 mm & down stone chips from 1metre below GL to 60 cm above the ground level. Provision of SP MCB & 4 way terminal to be fixed inside the groove covered with hinged type service door as per direction of Railway Engineer. Foundation of the pole is to done as per approved drawing of competent authority. Necessary connection & others is to be done by the contractor. Pre- inspection of materials by Railway Engineer should be imparted.
Supply & fixing of 30W LED street light with pressure die- cast housing along with prismatic polycarbonate diffuser and LEDs with secondary optics and IP 65 protection is to be fixed in proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer.
Supply & fixing of cable PVC loop box of 4way terminal (IP: 66) for suitable entry of 25 cable is to be fixed as per direction of Railway Engineer with an appropriate IP rating (IP65, IP66, or higher) to be used as per direction of Railway Engineer. (Necessary petty items required for successful commissioning of loop box is to be supplied by contractor).
Earthing complete with 50mm dia, 3.6mm thickness, B class GI pipe of 3000 mm 26 length to be erected inside an earth pit is to be filled by alternate layers of salt (2) & charcoal (3) of width 50 cm each from the bottom and the rest by earth. The GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil resistivity is high, earth resistivity enhancing materials may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing materials may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be pre casted RCC. The entire earthing system is to be done as per drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1, dt. 30.09.2024 attached at annexure-C. The distance of earth electrode form building/other earthing system to be maintained by observing IE rules.
