Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Tenderer should submit work done certificate of at least one similar work (Providing Security Services) to an extent of 25% of the total tendered amount during last five financial years (i.e 2019-20,2020-2021,2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-24) of its work. The work done certificate should duly certified by the competent authorities (Central Govt/State Govt / Govt Boards / Govt Corporation). Work done certificate will not be considered if Work carried through contract labour.

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenderer should submit work done certificate of at least one similar work (Providing Security Services and Civil Repair and Maintenance.) to an extent of 25% of the total tendered amount during last five financial years (i.e 2019-20,2020-2021,2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-24) of its work. The work done certificate should duly certified by the competent authorities (Central Govt/State Govt / Govt Boards / Govt Corporation). Work done certificate will not be considered if Work carried through contract labour.

Achieved in at least One financial year a minimum financial turnover of RS (usually not less than two times the estimatedannual payment under this contract) during last Three financial years (i.e2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-24) attested by the Chartered Accountant with UDIN Number.

The Tenderer should submit valid Labour Department License, P.F & ESI registration Certificate, ESI and EPF Payment Challans of Latest months, ITR with Acknowledgement of Last Two Years (Assessment Year 2023-24, 2024-25) & TDS Annual Certificate (26 AS) (Last 2 Years i.e. Financial Year 2022-23 & 2023-24) (26AS), valid PAN card and GST registration Certificate copies and GST returns 3B Paid Challans of Latest 6 Months(July-2024 to December-2024) along with tender document. Contractor shall fully comply provisions of various applicable labour laws provisions of the following enactments and other enactments as applicable for such contracts.

Tenderers applying for reserved tenders must furnish the documentof caste certificate and DOMICILE CERTIFICATE(Residential Certificate is not acceptable) as per Finance Department Letter dated: 13.08.2019) as per GOK order
