Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged legs with new legs, size 50x50mm at top and 30x30mm at bottom, 1st class hard wood (Teakwood), seasoned, in shape and size, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged long rail with new long rail, size 1900x100x40mm, 1st class hard wood (Teakwood), seasoned, in shape and size, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged short rail with new short rail, size 900x100x40mm, 1st class hard wood (Teakwood), seasoned, in shape and size, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged head rest board with new head rest board, made with second class hard wood frame and 4.0mm thick, veneered phenol bonded ply wood, teak face on both sides of head rest of the bed including 4.0mm thick teak wood beading all round, fixed with mails, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged foot rest board with new foot rest board, made with second class hard wood frame and 4.0mm thick, veneered phenol bonded ply wood, teak face on both sides of head rest of the bed including 4.0mm thick teak wood beading all round, fixed with mails, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation to wooden surfaces of bed hard with plywood top and polishing with melamine polish by compressor to all exposed to view surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING [FD-20 and FD-280]

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged rear leg with new rear leg, made of 2nd class hard wood, seasoned, size 890x55x30mm and fixing, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged front leg with new front leg, made of 2nd class hard wood, seasoned, size 675x55x30mm and fixing, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged stiffener with new stiffener, made of 2nd class hard wood, seasoned, size 440x65x30mm and fixing, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable/ broken/ damaged seat rail with new seat rail, made of 2nd class hard wood, seasoned, size 440x65x30mm, including making holes for canning and fixing, complete all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

RE-CANNING OF CHAIRS [FD-29, FD-75(M), FD-79, FD-80, FD-229, FD-244, FD-252, FD-279 and FD-280]

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged cane from chairs except chair verandah and other furniture like stool dressing, bin soiled linen etc., cleaning to cane holes and weaving with new cane, plastic 2.0mm wide, 0.50mm thick, half round, approved quality weaving in "Godrej Pattern" using minimum weight of cane mentioned in drawging including removal of existing polishing from the wooden surface and repolishing with french polish, 4.0mm wide, half round cane to be used as border all around, complete all as specified and as shown in respective drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

UPHOLSTERING OF SOFA SET FIVE SEATER/ SOFA CHAIRS (FD-258, FD-281, FD-373 and FD-1113)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged foam cushion from with new foam cushion, superior quality, 100mm thick, 40 density, size 560x520x100mm, duly covered with tapestry cloth provided by Zip, cost of tapestry cloth should be not less than Rs 250.00 per meter, complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Sleepwell/ MM foam/ Kurlon/ Nidra Note: Sample of tapestry cloth shall beapproved by GE.

REPAIR TO TABLE 900x600x760mm WITH DRAWERS AND WITHOUT DRAWERS (FD-41, FD-42, FD -283 and FD-284)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing legs with new legs made of 2nd class hard wood, seasoned, size 740x50x55mm, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top form table 900x900x760mm with new top made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, exterior grade, duly edging with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged drawer from table with new drawer, made of 1st class hard wood except bottom and front face, bottom shall be of 6.0mm ply wood bottom BWR grade and front face shall be of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board and one side teak face, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE WRITING (FD-249 and FD-275)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top with new top made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, exterior grade, duly edging with 4.0mm thick teak wood beading all around, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing legs with new legs made of 1st class hard wood, seasoned, size 740x50x55mm, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged drawer from table with new drawer, made of 1st class hard wood except bottom and front face, bottom shall be of 6.0mm ply wood bottom BWR grade and front face shall be of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board and one side teak face, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged door shutter/ side board with with new door shutter/ side board of pre-laminated particle board 18mm with one side teak face and edging with 4.0mm thick teak wood beading including piano hinges, screwed and new brass knob,complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation to wooden surfaces of table writing and polishing with melamine polish by compressor to all exposed to view surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINNING 6/ 8 PERSONS (FD-239, FD-273 and FD-376)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top from table dinning 6-pers with new top made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, one side natural teak face, exterior grade, duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top from table dinning 8-pers with new top made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, one side natural teak face, exterior grade, duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged/ blurr mirror and wooden frame with new mirror, 5.0mm thick, electro-copper plated and teak wooden frame of 6.0mm thickness and 6.0mm thick plywood on back side frame, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top form table dressing gents with new top made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, one side natural teak face, exterior grade, including 4.0mm thick teak wood edging al-around on edges, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged drawer form table dressing gents with new drawer made of deodar wood except bottom and front face, bottom shall be made of plywood 6mm thick, commercial type, front face of drawer shall be made of pre-laminated particle board, 18/19 mm, teak face including anodized copper plated knob, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old broken/ damaged knobs with new knobs, 32mmm dia, metallic, anodized copper plated brass knob including screws foe fixing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation to wooden surfaces of Table Dressing Gents and polishing with melamine polish by compressor to all exposed to view surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING LADIES (FD-32, FD-251 and FD-378)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged/ blurr mirror and wooden frame with new mirror, 5.0mm thick, electro-copper plated and teak wooden frame 6.0mm thick and 6.0mm thick plywood on back side frame, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top form table dressing gents with new top made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, one side natural teak face, exterior grade, including 4.0mm thick teak wood edging al-around on edges, complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged knobs from drawers with new knobs, metallic, anodized copper plated knob, 32mm dia, including mettalic screw, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged/ glass with new sheet glass, plain, 6.0mm thick, transparent, fixing in sliding rails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged Glass for glazing of front shutter with new glazed glass, size 600x450mm and 3.0mm thick, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged existing green Baize with new Baize, size 900x600mm, fixed on 12mm thick soft board alongwith 6.0mm thick commercial plywood, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation to wooden surfaces of table centre and polishing with french polish of high glossy finish, to all exposed to view surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO PEG TABLE (FD-25, FD-277 and FD-384)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged top form peg table with new top made of 18/19mm thick particle board prelaminated, one side natural teak face, exterior grade, duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing legs with new legs made of 1st class hardwood, first class, seasoned, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing top short rail with new top short rail, made of 1st class hardwood, seasoned, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged existing top long rail with new top long rail, made of 1st class hardwood, seasoned, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING CUSHIONED (FD/E6/MAP/12)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged seat and back with new 120mm hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all around, Polyutherane foam shall be 50mm thick, moulded with density 50-55 Kg per Cum and 20±2 Kg on hampden machine, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged hand rest with new hand rest of size 240x64x3.30mm, made of polyurethane foam 76-85 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with metal including scratch proof and weather resistance, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged steel frame with new steel frame, cantilevel type, made of powder coated CRCA tubular frame, hollow section 25x10mm and 18 guage wall thickness, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged roller stoppage with new roller stoppage made of ABS plastic body, to fixed in bottom frame, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR REVOLVING (VARIOUS TYPES) (TP/MAP)

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged seat and back with new seat and back of different sizes, made of 120mm hot pressed plywood, upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam together. Back foam will be disugned with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. Polyutherane foam shall be machine moulded with density 45±2 Kg/ Cum and hardness 20±2 Kg on hampden machine at 25% compression, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The colour, texture and shade of fabric including materials i.e. Acrlic, Polyster, Poly-viscose and Polypropyline shall be approved by GE.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged arm rest with new arm rest, made of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with mild steel inserted, having scratch and weather resistance with 50-70 shore ‘A’ hardness. Arm rest shall be fitted to seat with powder coated arm rest brackets made of 5.0mm thick HR steel, complete all as specified and as per existing pattern and design and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ broken/ damaged wheel castors with new wheel castors, injection moulded in black nylon for trouble free movement, complete all as specified and shown in the drawings and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Note : Colour of polish and particle boards to Wooden Furniture shall be as approved by GE and plywood shall be bearing of Bar Code No.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 70,540.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
