Supply and fixing rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks, 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, including dismantling of existing water tank complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded (HDPE) water storage tanks, 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, including dismantling of existing water tank complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 3.00 above but in repairs

Taking up or down 15mm bore old steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore old steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel tubes 15mm bore, medium grade with & including all fittings fixed to wall, ceilings and or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel tubes 20mm bore, medium grade with & including all fittings fixed to wall, ceilings and or laid in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refixing old tubing 15mm bore with necessary connection including new fittings, in new or old position in wall, ceiling and floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refixing old tubing 20mm bore with necessary connection including new fittings, in new or old position in wall, ceiling and floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC cover of water tank of any capacity complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs 15mm gun metal globe or gate valve, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified

Material and labour for disconnecting existing PVC tank of any capacity, setting aside (or lowering, if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder/ soap solution etc, reconnecting and refixing in position including making connections and writing Cleaned on (Date) and 'Next date of cleaning (Date), 4" height on outer face of tank with white paint complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work as in walls/ parapet walls removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees completely, grown on roof/ wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 16.00 above but except bricks

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed complete all as specified Note : Independent scaffolding shall be used to obviate the subsequent restoration of masonry in put log and other breaks in the work, stage scaffolding shall be provided for ceiling plaster as specified in clause 14.12 of SSR Part-I. The work will be executed in up to four storey Bldgs.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on internal fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) (external) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC chajjas, bends, shelves, beam balconies and similar work at any position or any height and doubing out with PCC (1:1½:3), 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surface and provision of necessary supports from work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to chajjas and similar work for flat & rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface of walls including cornices pilasters etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces), washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and applying one coat of Oil Emulsion Distemper including filling of wall care putty in nails hole, crack and where reqd to achieve the smooth surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated wall surfaces including scraping down smoke soots, moss, efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of old treated (plastered or un-plastered surfaces) surface of walls including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss, efflorescent salt and trading oil, greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc. and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 32.00 but one coat of white wash on ceiling.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered or un-plastered surface of walls including cornices, plasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface of walls including cornices pilasters etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces), washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and applying one coat of cement base paint including filling of wall care putty in nails hole, crack and where reqd to achieve the smooth surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment from wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting/ up-rooting/ removing of trees growth on walls, chajjs and cleaning effected area n.exc 3.0 Sqm each patch and marking good the area with rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4), mixing with WPC and spray of chemical (GLYCEL) for destroy of roots as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed
