Landscape, Horticulture, and only Conduit provision for Access Control System, UPS, CCTV System (Internal & External) LAN, with all necessary connection and integration of external services being added with existing backbone services and supplementing it if required to make building functional as per statutory requirement) handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
