Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles dark shade, double charged 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cememt mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Prepolished Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigment including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cememt mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing as per SSR Part II Section 8 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., (Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ornamental and intricate design Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for preperation of new iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of syntheic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoliation Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work finishing the surface fair and even smooth witout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete as directed.

M&L for preparing new Plastered surfaces of walls, Chajja/Fasia etc surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved make and shade over a coat primer complete all as specified and directed

M&K 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in and includind 20mm thick cement mortar screed bed (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, laid in panels, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Labour rate for fixing of glass dividing strip is deemed to included in the UNIT QUOTED RATE and Glass dividing strip shall be measured and paid seperately at Supply only rates under appropiate item.

M&L Cement concrete type C2, (1:3:6) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Glass dividing strips, 38mm wide, 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debries to a distance exc. 250 mtrs and not exc 500 mtrs complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from Concrete, brick work, masonary etc, and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as directed.

Dismantling timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section, in any position, unframed work, complete all as directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe- 290 (Gde E- 165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
