supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I

M&L for framed brackets of Rolled steel equal angles of size require size cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, riveting, etc not exc 10 kg each bracket, conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 in repairs complete including one coat of Red oxide primer & two coats of Synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20mm dia Ball Valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and alumimium cladding including fittings etc fixed on walls, laid in floors and ceilings all as specified and directed of following bores.

Supply and laying of 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV Stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls,ceiling or in floors etc all as specified and directed of following bores.

Supply and fix 25 mm PP-R Ball valves ( brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 32 mm PP-R Gate valves ( brass insert) as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed

Supply, lay and fixing steel water tubes, medium grade, 20 mm bore, ISI marked, with all fitting laid in trenches,walls, floors and ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal gate valve, 15 mm bore. ISI marked connected with iron wheel head, screwed at both ends for iron pipes and complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Item No 12 above but 20 mm bore

Supply and fix in existing line 15 mm stop valve cast copper alloy, screwed down , high pressure , with crutch handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or union and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring power/circuit using PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable 2 Single core of size 2.5 Sqmm, earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm to be drawn through and including PVC cassing capping 20mm dia medium Grade surface in walls/roof/floors all as directed by Engineer in Charge.Notes:- (i)Two runs of 2.5 sqmm wire and one run of 1.5 sqmm wire and one run of PVC cassing capping shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for MCB SPN 240 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. (Madel No 4086 14-4086 17 of make Legrand or equivalent model in Havells/Hager/C&S/GE)

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and Lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, type-I, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, of size 2 core X 10 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area laid in trenches / duct or fixed to wall / passing through pipe on pole with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs for stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed :-
