Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification i/c setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 75m as directed and i/c trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, boiling out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5m

Labour for laying 150mm to 200mm boulder soling i/c rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the inter stices i/c rolling and preparing the bed to proper level and filling up all joints with sandy clay or earth without rolling but i/c ramming.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant is codes.with rtiver bazree

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns , lintels, curved or straight i/c fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works upto roof of ground floor. without staging -(25mm to 30mm shuttering)

Plaster to (wall , floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar i/c rounding off corners or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints i/c throating,nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary .with (1:6) cement mortar -15mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado ,window,sill,floor etc.

Adding GST @ 18% on total amount upto item no.8

Adding cess@ 1% on total upto item no 9
