1. Strengthening of the road from Pondi-krishnagiri road to karadikollappatti KM 0/0-4/29 (R-238) - Rs.201.990 Lakhs

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking 5cm to 10cm Old Metalled Surface and Sectioning -1 Sqm

Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm Compacted thick including cost & conveyance of Gravel From Approved sources to work site including labour for Spreading, watering and comp-acting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100 % compaction.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WBM/WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WBM/ WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) With 50mm compacted thickness which work shall consist of construction in a single course of compacted crouched aggregates premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 grade at grade at the requirement of 3.5 present by weight of the accordance with the drawing or as directed by the engineer in charge for advance patches using central hot mix plant as per MORT & H 504

Providing and Laying Bituminous Concrete 25mm Based on job mix Formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving bitumen 60/70 Penetration grade as per IS 73 and Aggregates Conforming to Grading

Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface

Provision for 60cm Equilteral Triangle Cautionary Sign Board

Provision of 15 Nos rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet 15-20mm high at centre, 250mm wide placed at 1m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint

Provison for Name Board Cum Citizen Information Board and Maintanance Board
