Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 60KVA confiorming to CPCB-IV+ with AMF panel 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine having 4 stroke, 4 cylinder inline engine, 72BHP, 1500rpm, turbo charged inter cooled, coolant cooled, electronic governor, 12v battery with generator controller, overload capacity 10% for 1 hour for every 12 hours running, Applicable standards BS 5514/ISO 8528, displacement 3.84Ltr, Bore/stroke 104x113, fuel tank capacity minimum 140Ltr, Exhaust after treatment system EGR + DOC. Alternator having rating 60KVA, 48KW, Brushless, self exited, self regulated(AVR), enclosure SPDP, IP-23 protection, rating current 83.4 Amps, rated voltage 415V, frequency 50HZ, Power factor 0.8 pf, class of insulation H, overload capacity 10% for 1hour for 12 hours running, and must IS 4722/BS 5000. with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB-IV+ norms including suitable foundation as per manufacturer's recomendation, etc. DG set will carry warranty of 60 Months. DG set must include 1st filling of all lubricant, coolant, etc. DG set must include Residential silencer fitted on top of canopy, microprocessor based AMF control panel with 02 set of power contractor and 02 set of MCCB with EVR, battery charger. Note: The cost of fuel consumption and bringing to required load for testing by IEM are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in soft/loose of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 50 sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling sand for cushioning to the under ground cable 8 cm before laying the electric cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid under this item.

M&L for common burnt clay building bricks sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of size 230x115x75 mm to cover LT underground cables, laid dry and flat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Euroload onload change over switch 4 pole I-0-II of 160A with SS enclosures complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand/Havells/L&T/ABB

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 including reinforcement and one handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom, 1.75 m long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filled 150 mm thick all around the earth plate with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS work tubular pipes as in vertical/horizontal members including special shaped washers etc. using EWR or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade st 240 completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plate, etc. completed all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating PPGL based corrugated/Trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing all in one comprising of high efficiency LEDs (120 lm/W), solar street Light with luminaire wattage 30W, High Efficiency Mono Crystalline Solar PV Module 12V 50W, lithium Ferro phosphate battery 12.8V 24Ah with inbuilt BMS technology, high efficiency LED >93%, MPPT solar charge controller and aluminium extruded body, specially designed intelligent microwave sensor to control the dimming NAD brightness of light leads to extend working time and 5 m long octagonal pole (type CPT-5030) top dia 70 mm bottom dia 130 mm sheet thickness 3 mm including base plate of size (L x B x T) 200 x 200 x 12 mm, bolt size 4 x 16 mm dia and bolt length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.
