Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone masonary wall , etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on brick work or cement concrete wall surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm . The aluminium fram work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia.
