Disconnecting existing water tanks, exc 500 but n exc 1000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, exc 1000 ltrs but n. Exc 2000 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & removed debrises outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound of ISI make.

M&L rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 in two coats (15mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished with sand faced plaster complete all as specified ( WPC to be mixed in setting coat only and shall be measured and paid separately ).

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of chemical water proofing treatment (601 rain coat of pidilite / Shalicryl 215 of STP/Asian paints/Fosroc or equivalent) over a coat of primer as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as per and directed.

Removal of existing water proofing treatment of the roof, cleaning with wire brushes etc including demolition of PCC padding of any description and in any position including removing demolished materials outside MD land all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned and washed concrete surfaces and like all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with Shali Plast LW+ of STP/Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or Equivalent and appoved as per manufactures instruction. Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) or quivalent with cement to be applied. Alll cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer Morter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Building up the profile of structrual members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1-5-15) = 1 monobond 5 cement 15 sand ) in damaged areas in 20 mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & Labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating with flutyne protection technology, complete as specified below: (a) Apply one coat of primer on cleaned and dry surface spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions and allow primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply 1st coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat. (c) Laying of 45 GSM Fiber glass mesh incorporated on the 1st coating as a sandwich layer when the first coat is still in wet condition. (d) Apply 2nd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the first coat and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. (e) Apply 3rd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the 2nd coat and spreading at the rate as per manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane. (f) Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. (Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only.) Make : (STP, Pidilite, Asian Paints, Fosroc)

Cutting, chases, pinning in and making good to facings of brick/concrete/stone walling where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth

M&L for filleting in any position and to any shape of section area not exc 25 sq cm in cement sand mortar 1:4 incl all mitres, stops etc

Grubbing up and uprootinng of trees / plants from external walls of bldgs pouring muratic acid for burning residual roots in any. Racking out the dead roots from plants / concrete joints upto its penetrated portion and filling with PCC (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate and finishing the surface with 15mm rendering in CM (1:4) including necessary hanging arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cast iron soil waste pipe (any size and patterns) mouldings all fittings heads, shoes, bends including necessary working platform (scaffoldings) and safety measures Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F cast iron sand cast pipes in any length with or without cement mortar laid on walls of 100 mm dia including necessary working platform (scaffoldings) and safety measures Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F CI Bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) with oval doors of 100 mm dia Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F CI Branch pieces, single (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches fitted with oval access doors of bore 100 mm Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and clamp of 25 x 1.5 mm FL incl all fittings like sockets, bend, junction, elbow etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing 110mm PVC (SWR) bends complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) branch piece, Single (single Y) equal or unequal for 100 mm bore. complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) 160mm bore pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with dash through fastners and clamp of 25 x 1.5 mm FL incl all fittings like sockets, bend, junction, elbow etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing 160mm PVC (SWR) bends complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

M&L applying two coats of acrylic distemper on wall over a coat of cement primer including 2 mm thick wall care putty in two layer on new or old plastered surfaces of wall all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by any means scrapping old surface washing the surface with Bleaching powder throughly,filling the cracks with cracks filling compound of DR Fixit crack free chemical or shrink free as per manufacturer instruction & applying two coats of chemical water proofing treatment (601 rain coat of pidilite / shalicryl 215 of STP/ Asian Paints/Fosroc or equivalent ) over a coat of primer as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as manufacturer’s instructions and directed.
