Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :In cement mortar NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metresOf area 3 sq. metres and below lead : NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Of area beyond 3 sq. metres NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge. NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs in walls, partition walls etc. including stacking within 50 metres lead :Thickness above 40 mm up to 75 mm NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting einforcement bars NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Carriage of disposal material NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure aboveCement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete. NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

12 mm cement plaster of mix1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth. NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. NOTE: GST @18% or as applicable shall be extra.
