Description:- Pressure grouting with neat cement slurry of suitable consistency mixed with non- shrinkable water proof grouting compound free from chloride through the pre drilled holes in RCC track bed/RTS box/Circular tunnel/station/ventilation shaft, box walls, floors, mezzanine and ceilings or, outside structures at surface, OH tanks etc or any other places as directed by the Engineer-in charge. including drilling holes by diamond core cutter of nominal dia (i.e 22mm to 40mm) upto specified depth in RCC haunches/track bed/walls /roofs / floors by means of electrically/

representative at site. The work includes fixing of HDPE nipples/ mechanical packers of suitable diametre for injecting of grout mix. The nipples/packers shall be removed after completion of grouting work as per Metro Railway's standard specification & guidelines.
