Dismantling of post or struts (wood or steel or RCC) any section incl taking embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embeded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS angle as in iron posts and struts, gates, flat & round bars in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc and similar works like MS flat iron fillets confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing RCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm mm graded stone aggregate) as in pre cast fencing post struts etc average sectional area exc 100 Sqcm and not exceeding 250 Sqcm with or mitred Tops incl grouting in natural ground or cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F TMT bar 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in , stirrups spacers etc cut to length bent to shape requred incl cranking, bending hooking ends binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia confirming to Grade-I IS-432 (part I) complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling fencing barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embeded in pre cast RCC fencing post struts etc securing and typing as crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embeded in pre cast RCC fencing post struts etc securing and typing as crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one washer and hexagonal nut length exc 10cm but not exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Repairs to gates of any description and size including taking down and repairs to pintle hinges welding if required and bedding in brick or concrete work and check for its movement align the shutter by means of hammering / welding/oiling, lifting the shutter by means of pully or crane by taking safety measures including replacement of pintle hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work including all quoins arches pillars etc built in cement mortar.

Material & Labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 all as specified

All as per sr item no 17 above but using old bricks obtained from item no 16 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster of any description on Brick Walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove dust, debries/rubbish etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas / parapet walls etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge.

M & L Preparing Old Surfaces of Walls and applying one coats of cement base paint , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing cement concrete with type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in coping / kerb and the like including for use of form work (straight or curved) weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as directed.

Material & Labour for coloured chequred cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20mm thick, made of grey cement set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments as in floors to match the shade over screed bed or bedding layer or mortar of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finished, complete all as spcified and directed. .

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles exterior grade WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in 300x300x7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & incl and over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50% coloured tiles and 50% grey coloured tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement Concrete as in ground floor & paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for fixing RCC/ any fencing posts, subbase etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

Machine made kerb stones, prepolished, rubber moulded in cement concrete 1:½:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, hydraulically pressed laid in trenches including necessary earth work in any type of soil including setting & jointing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick laid bedded and pointed in any mortar (laid flat or on edge)

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bricks, sub class B, laid on edge in floors; old size bricks bedded and jointed in Cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 35 above but except bricks.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick old size straight & curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms moulds stopped ends complete all as specified and directed..

,&L for PCC 100mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:4 louvers and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) incl all mouldings complete all as specified and directed.
