Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201 in all etc complete

Picking the existing BT surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Collection of Carted earth from approved quarry an average lead 1Km including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc.,

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in Subbase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 3 Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete

Bituminous macadam of 50mm thick shall consists of construction in a single cause of compacted crushed aggreagates premixed with bituminous binder of 80/100 serve as base / binder course in accordance with MORTH rev IVcl.504 specification and in confirmity

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete which shall consists of construction of a single course binder /wearing corse on a previosly prepared Bituminous base to the requirements of the specification using 60/70 grade bitumen as per MorRTH specificaton CI.508.

Supplying and fixing of Kilo Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatoryand Informatory signs (without definition board) made out of HighIntensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards ofIRC-67: 2012 and ASTM D 4956 –09, specification and fixed over 2mmthick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post75X75X6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the groundlevel to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level.The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2012 and firmly fixed tothe ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 gradecement concrete 45cmX45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyanceof all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts,loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work asdirected by the engineer-in-charge.
