| 2 | a) Dismantling of all Transformer Accessories such as Radiators, Conservator and Burnt parts such as Bushing (HV & LV), Bucholz Relay, PRV, Breathers, various types of value and the others connecting pipes etc. by using suitable crane or by manually.
b) Checking of all connection of Core Coil Assembly throughly like Delta Connection, Star Connections & tapping lead etc.
c) Removing of all sludge from the bottom of the transformer main tank & cleaning the tank and washing the core & winding with hot oil through filtration plant. d) Fixing new gasket, rubber washers & oil seals of the transformer.
e) Re-fixing of Top Cover of the main tank with Core & Winding suitable for required capacity crane and fixing of OLTC Top Plate after checking / repairing of OLTC connection and tightening of the Nut Bolts. f) Applying of vacuum and nitrogen of the transformer. g) Washing, Cleaning and Spray painting of transformer main tank, radiators and its accessories by using ISI mark superior quality paint by applying three coat of required colour paint.
h) Assembling/ Erection of all the transformer accessories such as Radiator, Conservator, Buchholoz and all the connecting pipe etc. by using suitable capacity crane and man power.
i) Filtration of transformer oil upto the BDV 60 KV. Filter machine and operator will be arranged by the contractor.
j) Any other work required for Overhauling/ Servicing of power transformer and its satisfactory working there after which is not specifically mentioned above.
