Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and jointed in any mortar.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and mirror polishing with over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone salb in skirting, risers of steps and pillars of size not less than 300x150 mm over and including screed plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and inclding 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and inted in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7/ 300x600mmx7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
