Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing, centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all carriages complete job

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing, centering, shuttering and all carriages complete job

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. (Size of tile 600x600 mm) complete job

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm(weight not less than 12.5 kg/sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.2 mm thick

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.Two coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

Engaging carpenter for removing of doors and refixing after plumbing etc
