Maintenance of Plantation, Bush Cleaning and Grass Cutting at Smelter Plant, CISF Colony and Township areas-2021-23.

Digging of pits in line of size 1.5 ft. x 1.5 ft. x 1.5 ft. as per the instructions of Manager in charge in rows of 2 mtr. x 2 mtr. in all types of soil.

Digging of pit of size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm for planting of Avenue plants, in all types of soil, removal of unserviceable materials from the pit and disposal of the waste within a lead of 100mtr,refilling the pit with good soil, adding FYM/Compost, in the ratio of 3:1 and pesticides, fertilizers followed by watering and planting of trees and maintenance of the same up to a period of 90 days, which includes at least twice soil working manuring and watering. Payment shall be made after maintenance of 03 months (All the inputs will be supplied by deptt.).

Carriage of seedlings from nursery to plantation site by company's vehicle providing own labour and tools tackles for loading & unloading.

Planting of trees by filling pits with good soil, compost and application of pesticides as per requirement and instructions from site-in-charge (Soil, compost, pesticides as per requirement will be provided by depts.).

Removal of unwanted bushes/grass from old/new plantation area and adjacent to plant boundary, cleaning of dry grasses etc. by own arrangement from ground level to save the plants from fire hazzard. Disposing the debrises at distance place.

Cutting and cleaning of thorny plants /bushes & subabul etc. preferably in and around the plant boundary by cutting close to ground level by use of axe, sickle and other tools & tackles and disposal of generated rubbish in low lying areas at a lead of 2KM.

Weeding and cleaning of root zones of old/new plants, hoeing and loosening the soil in circular manner around the plants of 1.5 ft radius, making rings and/or applying fertilizer/manures/pesticides as per requirement as per instructions of Manager-in-charge. Fertilizers/pesticides to be supplied by dept. free of cost.

Watering of old/new plants by own arrangement of water tanker, manpower and tools and tackles. A minimum of 10 ltr. of water is to be watered per plant.

Watering of old/new plants by own arrangement of water from the nearest source within a lead of 50 mtr. in dry seasons. A minimum of 10 ltr. of water is to be watered per plant by providing tools and tackles etc.

Providing manpower for watch and ward in A & B shifts to the plants against theft / damage by people/ cattle @ 2 man days per day.

Maintenance of the avenue trees by application of manures, fertilizers, growth resultants, good soil etc., watering in dry periods and to keep the plants in good luxuriant conditions with out damaging the gabion/tree guards around the plant.

Lime painting of tree trunk from base up to a height of 4 ft. The materials like lime and brushes are to be provided by the Contractor. Pesticides if is to be used will be provided by deptt.

Manually uprooting of hardy grass(Kaunsi) by using own labour, tools & tackles and disposal of generated rubbish in low lying areas away from human habitation within a lead of 2KM.

Fine dressing of the ground by phaowrah as per instruction of office-in-charge and disposing of the generated rubbish in low lying area with a lead of 50mtr.

Collection of cut wild vegetation of the smelter plant and its final disposal within the plant boundary up to a distance of 5 kms from the point of generation through contractor#s own/hired tractors. The capacity of the trolley should be minimum 3cum. It includes supply of tools, tackles and manpower.

Engagement of JCB for leveling or any other required works whenever required inside plant /township/plantation sites.

Supply of Forest seedlings of minimum one year old and 1.5 feet height free from disease pest attack packed in good quality unbroken polythene bags and of different species like Neem, Eucalyptus, Acacia, Cassia sp. etc. as per instructions from Officer-in-charge.

Supply of Ficus plants of 5'-6' height for avenue plantation along road side of plant.

Supply of Urea containing 46% N2 of reputed brand at Nursery Store for plantation use.

Supply of D.A.P containing N: P: K of 18:46:0 of reputed brands at Nursery Store.

Supply of Chloropyriphos dust 1.5% WP of reputed brand.

Supply of good quality well decomposed cow dung free from any debrishes including own transport and tools and tackles.

Supply of good quality sandy loam soil fit for planting trees with own transportation.
