REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF ROOF SHEET INCLUDING TERMITE TREATMENT, ROOF TREATMENT CERTAIN B/R REPAIRS, MANGLORE PATTERN OVERHEAD TILES, BROKEN PLINTH PROTECTION AND OTHER CONNECTED EXTERNAL PERIODICAL WORK IN BAIRD PLACE AND IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDE

Dismantling/ taking out of existing roof tretment with APP membrane of any thickness including taking out existing sreed bed / rendering of any thickness wth all necessary arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and applying smart care Dampproof, a fidre reinforced elastometric liquid water prrofing membrane formulated with reinforced acrylic fibres having Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/ vertical surfaces of roof/ wall/ chajjas in multiple costs @2.0 litre/ sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (Dilition with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : Water) and other coat to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40GSM Geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd &3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Cgarge. Make : SmartCare Damp Proof of Asian or equivalent in Berger/ Nerolac/ STP only. Notes: (1) The work shall be executed through authorised appplicatot of manufacturer only. (2) Authorised Applicator shall be approved by GE befor starting the work. (3) All materials shall be produced directly from manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Cgarge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Cgarge shall deface the original purchage vouchers. (4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water Proofingtreatment for a period of Eight years i fevour of GE. A sum equivelent to 2.5% ( Two point five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor's duues as security deposite. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposite receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in fevour of Garrison Engineer.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B -1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agregate) as in roof slope and required, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre including necessary form work and scaffolding upto 2nd floor here required to match the existing surfaces rounded orchamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for priming over roof surface @ 0.25 Ltr/Sqm over a cleaned roof surface and applying one coat of bitumin painting with hot blown grade bitumin 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/ Sqmtr and laying of APP based polymetric membrane minium weight 3kg/ sqm and minium 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove febric ( wt not less than 150gms/ sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (1) The work shall be executed through authorised appplicatot of manufacturer only. (2) Authorised Applicator shall be approved by GE befor starting the work. M&L for 2nd class Hard wood clean sawn battens at 20 cm centres to center as in battens for ceiling & lining fixed with nails sectional area exc 15 sqcm and n exc 25 sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Timber framed and fixed, Clean sawn, Second class hard-wood in scantlings work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition in cement concrete of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level all as specified

M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall / Ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible for G+8 storey building and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over priming coat premium quality over wall / ceiling complete, including applying 2mm thick wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation or any reason, complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. 2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator.

M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall surface by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible, applying 2mm thick wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface smooth. and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for prepration of old plstered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge .

Providing and applying high quality acrylic modified resin based texture of finetex Honeycomb sand stone- 3211with anti alage and UV resistance property to be applied as in intermeadite finishes in desired pattern @ 43.04 kg/10 sqm to form film of 1 - 1.50 mm thickness after scrapping and properly cleaning the surfaces to remove loose particles from the plaster surfaces and applying coating with premium acrylic smooth exteriorpaints with Silicone additives of required shade by two or more coat @ 1.43 Ltrs/ 10 sqm over and including one coat of premium quatity primer. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of surface Texture / tiling on wall and ceiling for filling cracks with Smart care Textutred crack filler with following steps. 1) Open the Crack and widen it to form of V' shaped groove with help of Chisel. 2) Clean the area throughly so that it is free from dust and loose particles. 3) Apply a shelf priming coat (1:1) dilution with water ) of smart care textured crack filler over crack edges and allow to dry it for 1- 2 hrs. 4) Apply first coat of undiluted smart care Textured crack filler on the crack using spatula or putty Knife. 5) Press the paste firmly in the crack to ensure full contact with the surface .6) Spread Smart care Textured cracks Filler up to atleast 3 cm on either side of the crack for better adhesion. 7) Apply in consecutive prependiculkar layers to avoid leaving air pockets . 8) allow to dry for a minium 6 hrs. 9) apply the second undiluted coat in the in the same manner as required.
